Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa narozna, rozkladana przeznaczona do siedzenia i spania. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego pojawia sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie oraz w zróznicowanym ksztalcie podlokietników tej sofy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia sofe narozna rozkladana w stanie zlozonym z funkcja do siedzenia oraz z czesciowo wysunieta z jej podlokietnika pufa w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z przodu, fig. 2 - te sama sofe narozna w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z tylu, fig. 3 - te sama sofe narozna w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z boku, fig. 4 - te sama sofe narozna w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z boku od strony podlokietnika z pufa, fig. 5 - te sama sofe narozna pokazana na fig. 1 lecz po wyjeciu z jej podlokietnika pufy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - sofe narozna pokazana na fig. 1, po zdjeciu z niej poduch oparciowych w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - te sama sofe narozna w czasie jej rozkladania do funkcji spania widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 8 - te sama sofe w stanie rozlozonym z funkcja do spania w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z przodu i z boku. Jak uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 - 8 sofe narozna rozkladana stanowia dwa zestawy skrzyn prostopadlosciennych, w tym krótszej przedniej z wysuwanym przyslaniajacym jej siedziskiem wraz z przednia jej dolna sciana oraz dluzszej bocznej z podnoszonym do góry przyslaniajacym jej siedziskiem, przy czym obie te skrzynie przylegaja do siebie tak, ze tworza one ksztalt litery „L". Krótsza skrzynia przednia sofy przyslonieta jest od tylu stala prostopadloscienna sciana oparciowa, a do ich jednego boku przylega nizszy od tej sciany prostopadloscienny podlokietnik o dlugosci równej szerokosci tej skrzyni i szerokosci jej tylnej sciany oparciowej, tak ze przednia powierzchnia tego podlokietnika jest zlicowana z przednia prostokatna sciana wysuwana tej skrzyni, a jego tylna powierzchnia jest zlicowana z tylna powierzchnia jej oparcia, przy czym w zewnetrznej dluzszej scianie tego podlokietnika wykonane jest prostopadloscienne wyjecie tworzace jego „ceowe" obramowanie, o wymiarach dostosowanych do wymiarów gabarytowych umieszczonej w nim wyjmowanej pufy siedziskowej. Umieszczana w bocznym wyjeciu - gniezdzie podlokietnika sofy pufe, stanowia dwie prostopadloscienne bryly o zróznicowanych wymiarach gabarytowych, z których dolna o mniejszych wymiarach spoczywa na walcowych nózkach, przy czym na podobnych nózkach spoczywaja takze wszystkie pozostale elementy sofy. Wszystkie elementy tej sofy osloniete sa materialem tapicerowanym o zróznicowanych, kontrastujacych ze soba kolorach. The new and original nature of the industrial design appears in its overall shape and the varied shape of the sofa's armrests. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows a foldable corner sofa with a sitting function and with a pouffe partially pulled out of its armrest in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 - the same corner sofa in a perspective view from the back, Fig. 3 - the same corner sofa in a perspective view from the side, Fig. 4 - the same corner sofa in a perspective view from the side of the armrest with the pouffe, Fig. 5 - the same corner sofa shown in Fig. 1 but after removing the pouffe from its armrest in a perspective view, Fig. 6 - the corner sofa shown in Fig. 1 after removing the back cushions from it in a perspective view, Fig. 7 - the same corner sofa during its folding out to the sleeping function in a perspective view, and Fig. 8 - the same sofa in the unfolded state with the sleeping function in a perspective view from the front and side. As shown in the illustrations in Figs. 1 - 8, the folding corner sofa consists of two sets of cuboid boxes, including a shorter front box with a sliding seat covering it together with its front lower wall, and a longer side box with a seat covering it that can be lifted upwards, where both boxes are adjacent to each other so that they form the shape of the letter "L". The shorter front box of the sofa is covered from the rear by a fixed cuboidal backrest wall, and a cuboidal armrest lower than this wall is attached to one side of the box, the length of which is equal to the width of this box and the width of its rear backrest wall, so that the front surface of this armrest is flush with the front rectangular extendable wall of this box, and its rear surface is flush with the rear surface of its backrest, while in the outer longer wall of this armrest there is a cuboidal recess forming its "C" frame, with dimensions adapted to the overall dimensions of the removable seat pouffe placed therein. In turn, the longer fixed side box of this sofa, with a height equal to the height of the bottom wall of the shorter box, has a backrest with an "L"-shaped profile, formed from two cuboid shapes arranged perpendicularly to each other, resting on the upper surfaces of the shorter back wall and the longer side wall of this box, the height of this backrest being identical to the height of the rear backrest of the shorter front box. Furthermore, the rear shorter wall of this "L" backrest is flush with the rear wall of the backrest of the front rear box, and the side longer wall of this backrest is flush with the side but longer wall of the side box. In addition, the shorter front box of this sofa is covered with a cuboid seat that slides forward together with a lower rectangular wall covering this box, which rests on the upper front of this wall, while the longer side box of the sofa is covered with a seat with an "L-shaped" backrest adjacent to its two sides, which can be lifted upwards when taking out or placing bedding in this box, and between both of these seats and the back backrests of both sofa boxes there are five backrest cushions placed, resting on the front backrest walls of the sofa box. The pouffe, placed in the side opening – the armrest socket – of the sofa, consists of two rectangular shapes of varying dimensions, the smaller lower one resting on cylindrical legs, with all the other elements of the sofa also resting on similar legs. All elements of this sofa are upholstered in fabric in various, contrasting colors.
