PL 26475 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element mebla wypoczynkowego stanowiacy wezglowie, zwlaszcza dla lózka. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i postac wezglowia tapicerowanego przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach zdobniczo-uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu elementów zdobniczych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 1.4 wezglowie mebla w widoku z przodu, na fig. 1.2 i fig. 1.5 przedstawiono wezglowie w zestawieniu ze skrzynia lózka w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, na fig. 1.3 i fig. 1.6 przedstawiono wezglowie w zestawieniu ze skrzynia lózka w widoku z boku. Tapicerowane wezglowie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest podzielone pionowymi pasami prostokatnych szerszych i wezszych poduszek, jest obwiedzione pólwalkiem, podzielone na dwie czesci – mniejsza, jednolita, nakladana na skrzynie mebla i wieksza podzielona na pionowe pasy szerszych i wezszych poduszek ulozonych naprzemiennie, przy czym poduszki szersze sa krótsze, a poduszki wezsze sa dluzsze. Wezglowie moze byc zastosowane do róznych rodzajów skrzyni mebla. Wezglowie lózka moze byc róznych kompozycjach kolorystycznych, np. szarym i tapicerowany róznymi tkaninami, np. welurem, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach od fig. 1 do fig. 1.6. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest calkowicie tapicerowane wezglowie podzielone pionowymi pasami prostokatnych szerszych i wezszych poduszek, jest obwiedzione pólwalkiem, podzielone na dwie czesci – mniejsza, jednolita, nakladana na skrzynie mebla i wieksza podzielona na pionowe pasy szerszych i wezszych poduszek ulozonych naprzemiennie, przy czym poduszki szersze sa krótsze, a poduszki wezsze sa dluzsze jak to pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach od fig. 1 do fig. 1.6. The essence of the design is the original structure and form of the upholstered headboard, manifested in the characteristic decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape of the decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.4 show the headboard of the furniture in a front view; Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.5 show the headboard in combination with the bed frame in a front perspective view; and Fig. 1.3 and Fig. 1.6 show the headboard in combination with the bed frame in a side view. The upholstered headboard is characterized by being divided by vertical strips of rectangular, wider and narrower cushions. It is surrounded by a half-cylinder, divided into two parts – a smaller, uniform section placed on the furniture box, and a larger section divided into vertical strips of wider and narrower cushions arranged alternately, with the wider cushions being shorter and the narrower cushions being longer. The headboard can be used with various types of furniture box. The headboard can be available in various color combinations, for example, gray, and upholstered in various fabrics, for example, velvet, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 1.6. Essential features of the industrial design The design is a fully upholstered headboard divided by vertical stripes of rectangular wider and narrower cushions, it is surrounded by a half-cylinder, divided into two parts - a smaller, uniform part, placed on the furniture box, and a larger part divided into vertical stripes of wider and narrower cushions arranged alternately, with the wider cushions being shorter and the narrower cushions being longer, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 1.6.
