Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac mebla przejawiajaca sie we wzajemnym ukladzie elementów o charaktery- stycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu, elementów zdobni- czych i ich cech uzytkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono loze z trójelementowym wezglowiem i materacem w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 2 loze z trójelementowym wezglowiem ze skrzynia bez mate- raca w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 loze z wezglowiem i materacem w widoku z boku, fig. 4 loze z jednoelementowym wezglowiem i materacem w widoku ogólnym. The essence of an industrial design is the original structure and simple form of the furniture, manifested in the mutual arrangement of elements with characteristic artistic effects resulting from the shape, decorative elements, and their functional features. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows a bed with a three-piece headboard and a mattress in a general view, Fig. 2 shows a bed with a three-piece headboard with a box without a mattress in a general view, Fig. 3 shows a bed with a headboard and a mattress in a side view, Fig. 4 shows a bed with a one-piece headboard and a mattress in a general view. List of varieties: Variety 1 - bed with a three-piece headboard, fig. 1 to fig. 3, Variety 2 - bed with a single-piece headboard, fig. 4. The bedding on the bed with a single-piece headboard, fig. 4, is not subject to protection and has a decorative and exemplary character. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE P R Z E M Y S L O W E G O DESIGN 1 Lounge furniture, especially for sleeping, with chests, mattresses and headboards, is characterized by the fact that the bed has a rectangular chest placed on flat, thin feet, the outer surfaces of the sides are covered with upholstery, inside it has a frame supporting the mattress in the shape of a cuboid cube, and on one of the shorter sides of the bed there is an upholstered, high, quilted a headboard in the shape of a pillow with a side cross-section resembling a triangle with rounded corners and edges and a top as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. 2. Lounge furniture according to feature 1 is characterized in that the headboard has three arched elements of the same height, the outer ones are narrower, the middle one is wider, as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. 3. Lounge furniture according to feature 1 is characterized in that the headboard has one element whose width is equal to the width of the bed box, as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 4.
