Krzesl o Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 25.07.2001. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest krzeslo. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz wykonczenia tapicerskiego. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których figura 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z przodu, figura 2 - jego widok z boku, figura 3 - jego widok z tylu. Krzeslo wykonane z drewna posiadajace pare nóg przednich i pare nóg tylnych polaczonych laczynami górnymi, srodkowymi i dolnymi, tapicerowane siedzisko oraz oparcie, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze nogi przednie i tylne od siedziska w dól oraz od siedziska w góre maja w srodkowej i dolnej czesci ksztalt figury obrotowej, a w górnej czesci oraz pomiedzy srodkowa czescia i dolna czescia posiadaja ksztalt o przekroju kwadratowym, przy czym nogi przednie i tylne od siedziska w dól sa polaczone podluznymi laczynami dolnymi majacymi w srodkowej czesci ksztalt o przekroju kwadratowym, a z zewnatrz posiadaja ksztalt figury obrotowej, którew srodkowej czesci sa polaczone poprzeczna laczyna dolna o ksztalcie figury obrotowej. Nogi tylne od siedziska w góre sa polaczone w dolnej i górnej czesci podluznymi laczynami o przekroju zblizonym do prostokata majacymi z zewnatrz duzy owal, a wewnatrz kolisty owal, które miedzy soba sa polaczone pionowymi laczynami o przekroju prostokatnym tworzac wewnatrz ksztalt pionowego prostokata zakonczonego z obu stron koliscie. Utworzona w srodku przestrzen ma oparcie pokryte wzorzysta poduszka identyczna do siedziska. Nogi przednie i nogi tylne od siedziska w dól majace w srodkowej czesci ksztalt figury obrotowej posiadaja dwa równe, zblizone ksztaltem, stozki kolowe sciete, które polaczone sa podstawami owalnym wglebieniem. Nogi przednie i nogi tylne od siedziska w dól majace w dolnej czesci, stanowiacej stopke, ksztalt figury obrotowej posiadaja w srodkowej czesci owalne wglebienie. The rear legs, from the seat up, are connected at the bottom and top by longitudinal links with a roughly rectangular cross-section, forming a large oval on the outside and a circular oval on the inside. These links are connected by vertical links with a rectangular cross-section, creating a vertical rectangle with circular ends on both sides. The space created in the center has a backrest covered with a patterned cushion identical to the seat. The front and rear legs, from the seat down, have a figure of revolution in their center, and two equal, roughly truncated circular cones connected at their bases by an oval recess. The front and rear legs, from the seat down, have a figure of revolution in their lower part, which serves as a foot, and have an oval recess in their center. The rear legs, from the seat up, are shaped like a figure of revolution in the middle, cylindrical in the lower section, and higher up, a shape similar to an inverted truncated cone, which is connected at the top with an oval ring and a recess.
