Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 30.05.2001 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw mebli ogrodo- wych, skladaj acy sie ze stolu,lawki i fotela,w którym kon- strukcje nosne mebli wykonane sa z pretów metalowych,korzyst- nie stalowych,natomiast blat stolu oraz siedziska i oparcia lawki i fotela sa drewniane.Istote wzoru stanowi ksztalt konstrukcji nosnej oraz ksztalt blatu,siedzisk i oparc po- szczególnych mebli. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony w widoku na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu,fig.2 - lawke dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu,fig.3 - stól w widoku z boku,a fig.4 - fotel w widoku z boku i z tylu. The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from May 30, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a set of garden furniture consisting of a table, a bench, and an armchair, in which the supporting structures of the furniture are made of metal rods, preferably steel, while the tabletop and the seats and backrests of the bench and armchair are made of wood. The essence of the design is the shape of the supporting structure and the shape of the tabletop, seats, and backrests of the individual pieces of furniture. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 - the two-seater bench from the front, Fig. 3 - the table from the side, and Fig. 4 - the armchair from the side and back. As shown in the drawing, the bench and armchair have slightly tilted backrests and are equipped with armrests on both sides, and have four legs each set slightly apart. The two pairs of table legs are made of two vertical, parallel flat trusses, situated perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the oval tabletop, and have feet spaced at the corners of the rectangle and connected along its diagonals by two intersecting keystones, and two additional intersecting keystones connecting the upper part of one truss with the middle part of the other truss at the tabletop. The tabletop, seats, and backrests of the bench and armchair are made of wooden slats. The bench consists of two armchairs placed next to each other and permanently connected by a supporting structure and is equipped with a wheel connecting the central circular parts of the backrests. of these armchairs and in the same circle connecting the central parts of the seats, and in addition in the same two circles connecting the outer parts of the seats with the rod surrounding these seats. The trusses of the table legs are symmetrical with respect to their vertical axis and are formed in the lower part by an arch with the convexity turned upwards, having at its ends spiral curls directed towards the inside of the arch, and on its convexity in its center a circle, to the sides of which adjoin diagonal supports, ending at the arch with spiral curls adjoining on both sides of the circle to the convexity of the arch and connecting at the other ends to the supporting structure of the table top near its edge. The armrests have a horizontal supporting structure along the length adjacent to the backrest, and at the other end it is rounded down in a quarter circle and finished with a spiral twist, while the horizontal part is equipped with a wooden strip. The armchairs have round seats and round backrests, slightly flared in the lower part by straight sections of the rim, surrounded by supporting structure bars, while the back parts of the backrests are equipped with two supporting structure bars bent upwards in an arc.
