The industrial design covers garden and park furniture, consisting of a round table and chairs, and a rectangular table and benches, intended for relaxation in parks and gardens. It is known from the descriptions of ornamental designs No. 13885 (Garden Table) and No. 13948 (Garden Bench), which depict products equipped with fancifully shaped bench side supports and table legs. Garden bench No. 13948 has side supports without armrests, shaped as cast pieces with fanciful ornamentation, connected at the backrest by a connecting rod equipped with an ornamental cast in the middle. The bench side supports are connected by slats, which constitute the seat and backrest. Garden table no. 13885 has a top supported by fancifully shaped legs with ornamentation, identical to the side supports of the bench. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of garden and park furniture, which is visible in the shape and ornamentation of the side supports of benches or chairs and table legs, wherein the table leg has a foot on which a support is mounted, made in a shape similar to an inverted partial treble clef, reinforced with a vertical connector connected in the lower part to the foot of the table leg by a fancifully shaped beam, and in the upper part connecting with the upper curve of the support by a gentle radius, while the side support of the chair and bench has fancifully shaped legs mounted on feet, reinforced with a wavy-shaped, connecting rear leg and front crossbar, above which there is a seat support reinforced with a brace connected to the front leg, and on the extension of the rear leg of the side support there is a backrest support with a fancifully finished a shaped spiral, from which the backrest extends an armrest support with a reinforced strut connected to this backrest support, wherein this armrest support in the front part terminates in a radius supported on the front leg of the lateral support. The garden and park furniture being the subject of the industrial design is shown in two versions in an example embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a set of garden and park furniture with a round table and a chair, Fig. 2 shows a set of garden and park furniture with a rectangular table and a bench, Fig. 1a shows the chair of the set from Fig. 1, Fig. 1b shows the table of the set from Fig. 1, Fig. 2a shows the bench of the set from Fig. 2. Fig. 2b shows the table from the set in Fig. 2, while Fig. 3a shows the leg of the tables in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and Fig. 3b shows the side support of the chair and bench in Fig. 1a and Fig. 2a. In the various versions of the garden and park furniture, the same side supports are used for the bench and chair, and the same legs for the rectangular and round tables, and the essential feature of these elements is their shape and the applied ornamental elements. The table leg has a foot supported by a bracket made in the shape similar to an inverted partial treble clef, reinforced with a vertical connector connected at the bottom to the foot of the table leg by a fancifully shaped beam, and at the top, connecting with the upper curve of the bracket by a gentle radius. The vertical connector serves as a base for the second leg of a rectangular table and as a mounting point for the tie rod for the second set of legs. In the case of a round table, the vertical connector of the table leg serves as a mounting point for the tie discs, which establish the angular spacing of the round table's support legs. The tabletops are mounted on protrusions made on the upper curve of the support. The side support of the chair and bench has fancifully shaped legs mounted on feet, reinforced by a wavy-shaped connecting rear leg and front crossbar, above which is a seat support reinforced with a diagonal brace connected to the front leg of the side support. At the extension of the rear leg of this support is a backrest support topped with a fancifully shaped spiral. From this backrest support extends an armrest support supported by a brace extending from the backrest support. At the front, this armrest support terminates in a radius supported by the front leg of the side support. The seat support and backrest support have projections to which the slats forming the seat and backrest of the bench or chair are attached, as shown in the attached illustration.
