Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych, tapicerowanych, w postaci fotela jednoosobowego, sofy dwuosobowej oraz sofy trzyosobowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii zdobienia elementów bocznych mebli, stanowiacych nogi, boczki i podlokietniki mebli. Meble wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia konstrukcje w postaci stelaza fotela jednoosobowego, sofy dwuosobowej oraz sofy trzyosobowej, które wyposazone sa w elementy wypelnienia i pokrycia tapicerskiego, tworzac oparcie, siedzisko i podlokietniki. We wszystkich trzech elementach skladowych zestawu mebli, to znaczy w fotelu jednoosobowym, sofie dwuosobowej i w sofie trzyosobowej, jako zasadnicze elementy mozna wyróznic siedzisko, oparcie, boczki i podlokietniki oraz plyte czolowa pod siedziskiem. W znanych rozwiazaniach boczki mebli tapicerowanych stanowia pelne elementy z wlasnym stelazem wewnetrznym, wypelnieniem i obiciem tapicerskim. W innych znanych rozwiazaniach boczki mebli stanowia zespoly elementówdrewnianych w ksztalcie zblizonym do równolegloboku, trapezu lub trójkata, stanowiace nogi mebla, i jednoczesnie stanowiace jego podlokietnik. W szeregu rozwiazaniach siedzisko i oparcie stanowia wyprofilowane lódkowato, oble w ksztalcie poduchy. Oparcie wyposazone jest w zaglówek, który jest jego czescia skladowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt boczków mebla, z podlokietnikami oraz ich listew zdobiacych. Podlokietniki stanowia górny element boczków, pelniacych równoczesnie funkcje nóg mebla. Boczki sa w górnej czesci lagodnie wygiete na zewnatrz i w tylnej czesci zachodza lagodnie lukowata powierzchnia na tylna sciane mebla. Na czolowych powierzchniach boczków fotela, kanapy i sofy, znajduja sie jednakowe elementy zdobienia w postaci listew przebiegajacych w dolnej czesci pionowo i w górnej czesci, ponad powierzchnia siedziska, listwy te sa odchylone lukowato na zewnatrz. Listwy te maja zakrzywiony ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu szabli. Charakterystyczne jest to, ze zewnetrzne krawedzie tych listew w poblizu obu ich kranców znajduja sie blizej zewnetrznych krawedzi boczku mebla, natomiast zewnetrzna krawedz listew w srodkowej czesci ich dlugosci znajduje sie dalej od zewnetrznej krawedzi boczku mebla. Pozwolilo to podwyzszyc i zwezic mebel optycznie, czyli zwiekszyc jego optyczna smuklosc. Widac to wyraznie na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. la, fig. lc oraz fig. Id. Jednoczesnie, na czolowej powierzchni plyty pod siedziskiem, w poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi znajduje sie podluzna listwa ozdobna o ksztalcie prostokatnym. Meble wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moga byc wykonane przez polaczenie ze soba wskazanych w opisie elementów, znanymi metodami laczenia tego rodzaju elementów, w postac fotela jednoosobowego, sofy dwuosobowej oraz sofy trzyosobowej. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of decorative lines on the side elements of the furniture, which constitute the legs, side panels, and armrests. The furniture according to the industrial design consists of a structure in the form of a single armchair frame, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa, each equipped with filling and upholstery elements, creating a backrest, seat, and armrests. In all three components of the furniture set—the single armchair, the two-seater sofa, and the three-seater sofa—the essential elements include the seat, backrest, side panels, armrests, and the front panel under the seat. In well-known designs, the sides of upholstered furniture are solid elements with their own internal frame, filling, and upholstery. In other designs, the sides of furniture are assemblies of wooden elements in a shape similar to a parallelogram, trapezoid, or triangle, constituting the legs of the furniture and simultaneously serving as its armrest. In a number of designs, the seat and backrest are profiled in a boat-like, rounded shape, resembling a cushion. The backrest is equipped with a headrest, which is a component part. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape of the furniture sides, with armrests and their decorative strips. The armrests constitute the upper element of the sides, which also function as the legs of the furniture. The sides are gently curved outward in their upper section and gently curved in their rear section onto the back wall of the furniture. The front surfaces of the sides of the armchair, sofa, and couch feature identical decorative elements in the form of vertical slats at the bottom, and in the upper section, above the seat surface, these slats are curved outward in an arc. These slats have a curved shape, similar to a saber. Characteristically, the outer edges of these slats near both ends are closer to the outer edges of the side panel, while the outer edge of the slats in the middle of their length is further from the outer edge of the side panel. This allows for a visual heightening and narrowing of the furniture, thus increasing its visual slenderness. This is clearly visible in the attached drawings, Fig. la, Fig. lc, and Fig. 1d. At the same time, on the front surface of the panel under the seat, near its lower edge, there is a longitudinal rectangular decorative strip. Furniture according to the industrial design can be made by joining the elements indicated in the description, using known joining methods for such elements, in the form of a single-seater armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. A set of lounge furniture in the form of a one-seater armchair, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa, comprising a frame, seats, backrests with headrests, and side panels with armrests, is characterized by a new shape of the side panels and their decorative strips, wherein the side panels are gently curved outwards in the upper part and in the rear part they overlap with the rear wall of the furniture in a gently arched surface, while on the front surfaces of the side panels of the armchair, two-seater sofa and three-seater sofa there are identical decorative elements in the form of strips running vertically in the lower part and in the upper part, above the seat surface, these strips are curved outwards, wherein these strips have a curved shape similar to the shape of a saber, and the outer edges of these strips near both their ends are closer to the outer edges sides of the furniture, while the outer edges of the strips in the middle of their length are located further from the outer edge of the sides of the furniture, and on the front surface of the furniture box, under the seat, near its lower edge, there is an elongated, straight decorative strip.Fig. 1a Fig. 1b Fig. 1c Fig. 1dFig. 1bFig. 1cFig. 1d PL PL PL
