Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie i kompozycja kolorystyczna poszczególnych mebli zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych, majacych zarówno zalety uzytkowe i ergonomiczne, a takze wysokie walory estetyczne, charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czolowy widok aksonometryczny pierwszej odmiany zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych, bedacy fotelem, fig. 2 - widok czolowy aksonometryczny drugiej odmiany zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych. Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma zewnetrzna powierzchnie pokryta kolorowa meblowa tkanina obiciowa. Zestaw mebli ma fotel jako jednostke modulowa sofy dwu/ trzyosobowej. Pierwsza odmiana zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych jest fotel, którego cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuja sie tym, ze zawiera stelaz plytowy, który z poziomej czesci srodkowej przechodzi z obu stron w polozenie katowe, skierowane do wewnatrz, uzyskujac zarys zblizony do trapem. Górne zewnetrzne powierzchniekatowe plyt stelaza polaczone sa z podlokietnikami, na których umieszczone sa poduchy bocznych oparc. Pozostala powierzchnia stelaza plytowego wypelniona jest poducha siedziska, majaca zarys zblizony do litery „T". Stelaz plytowy w przedniej czesci podparty jest o podloze, poprzez metalowa uksztaltowana w profil trapezowy, podpore, zas w tylnej czesci, stelaz plytowy polaczony jest z plyta tylnego oparcia z górna czescia odchylona na zewnattz, nadajac tylnemu oparciu kat rozwarty. Na plycie tylnego oparcia osadzona jest poducha tylnego oparcia, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych jest sofa dwu/ trzyosobowa, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/ potrójnej szerokosci fotela, przy czym stelaz plytowy ma jednolita czolowa powierzchnie. Poduchy tylnego oparci a i poduchy siedziska podzielone sa na dwa / trzy segmenty. Stelaz plytowy od zewnetrznej strony polaczony jest z pojemnikiem na posciel, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 . PL PLUpholstered Lounge Furniture Set. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair and a two- or three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color composition of the individual pieces of the upholstered lounge furniture set, which possess both functional and ergonomic advantages, as well as high aesthetic values characteristic of industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a frontal axonometric view of the first variant of the upholstered lounge furniture set, consisting of an armchair; Fig. 2 shows a frontal axonometric view of the second variant of the upholstered lounge furniture set. The set of upholstered lounge furniture, according to the industrial design, has an outer surface covered with colorful furniture upholstery fabric. The furniture set includes an armchair as a modular unit of the two- or three-seater sofa. The first type of upholstered lounge furniture set is an armchair, whose essential industrial design features include a panel frame that transitions from a horizontal central section to an inward-facing angular position on both sides, creating a trapeze-like shape. The upper outer angular surfaces of the frame panels are connected to armrests, which support the side backrest cushions. The remaining surface of the panel frame is filled with a seat cushion, which has a shape similar to the letter "T." The front of the panel frame is supported by a metal support shaped in a trapezoidal profile, while the rear section is connected to the backrest panel, with the upper section tilted outward, giving the rear backrest an obtuse angle. A backrest cushion is mounted on the backrest panel, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 1). The second variant of the upholstered lounge furniture set is a two-/three-seater sofa, whose essential industrial design features include a seat and backrest width approximately twice/triple the width of the armchair, with the panel frame having a uniform front surface. The backrest cushions and seat cushions are divided into two/three segments. The panel frame is connected to a bedding container on the outside, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 2).
