Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie i kompozycja kolorystyczna poszczególnych mebli zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych, majacych zarówno zalety uzytkowe i ergonomiczne, a takze wysokie walory estetyczne, charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color composition of individual pieces of upholstered lounge furniture, which have both functional and ergonomic advantages, as well as high aesthetic values, characteristic of industrial design.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czolowy widok aksonometryczny pierwszej odmiany zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych, bedacy fotelem, fig. 2 - widok czolowy aksonometryczny drugiej odmiany zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych. Pierwsza odmiana zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych jest fotel, którego cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuja sie tym, ze zawiera stelaz plytowy, który z poziomej czesci srodkowej przechodzi z obu stron w polozenie katowe, skierowane do wewnatrz, uzyskujac zarys zblizony do trapem. Górne zewnetrzne powierzchniekatowe plyt stelaza polaczone sa z podlokietnikami, na których umieszczone sa poduchy bocznych oparc. Pozostala powierzchnia stelaza plytowego wypelniona jest poducha siedziska, majaca zarys zblizony do litery „T". Stelaz plytowy w przedniej czesci podparty jest o podloze, poprzez metalowa uksztaltowana w profil trapezowy, podpore, zas w tylnej czesci, stelaz plytowy polaczony jest z plyta tylnego oparcia z górna czescia odchylona na zewnattz, nadajac tylnemu oparciu kat rozwarty. The first variation of the set of upholstered leisure furniture is the armchair, the essential features of which are industrial design, characterized by the fact that it includes a plate frame that turns from the horizontal central part to an angular position, facing inwards, giving an outline close to the gangway. The upper outer surface of the frame plates are connected to the armrests on which the side backrest cushions are placed. The remaining surface of the plate frame is filled with the seat cushion, having a contour similar to the letter "T". The plate frame in the front part is supported on the floor, through a metal trapezoidal profile, a support, and in the rear part, the plate frame is connected with the backrest plate with the upper part tilted outwards, giving the rear backrest an obtuse angle.

Na plycie tylnego oparcia osadzona jest poducha tylnego oparcia, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. The rear seat cushion is mounted on the backrest plate, as shown in the accompanying illustration material, Fig. 1.

Druga odmiana zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych jest sofa dwu/ trzyosobowa, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/ potrójnej szerokosci fotela, przy czym stelaz plytowy ma jednolita czolowa powierzchnie. Poduchy tylnego oparci a i poduchy siedziska podzielone sa na dwa / trzy segmenty. Stelaz plytowy od zewnetrznej strony polaczony jest z pojemnikiem na posciel, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 .The second variation of the upholstered lounge furniture set is a two / three-seater sofa, the essential features of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that it has a seat and a backrest of a width close to the double / triple width of the armchair, while the panel frame has a uniform front surface. The backrest cushions and the seat cushions are divided into two / three sections. The plate frame is connected from the outside to the bedding container, as shown in the accompanying illustration, Fig. 2.
