The shapes of both the backrest and the seats of well-known furniture are also varied. Often, their cushions are decorated with lines of decorative quilting separating the seats and backrests of individual people, and various shapes and arrangements of these quilted lines are known. For example, from the description of the industrial design No. 4125, a set of upholstered lounge furniture is known, with the distinctive features of the front surface of the pedestal of sofas and the seat, which are divided by horizontal lines of quilting into three horizontal parts and, in addition, the front surfaces of the pedestals of the sofas divided by segments by vertical lines, which extend the lines separating the seat cushions and the seat backs into segments corresponding to the individual seats. Below the middle of the height of the backrest of the rear seats and the seat of the known set, there is a line of quilting in the shape of a gentle, convex from below, an arch. The subject of the design has been shown in the attached photograph, which shows the set in general view. A set of upholstered lounge furniture according to a pattern, consists of a three-seater sofa and two single-seater armchairs, whose plinths, in the front part, have perpendicular protrusions based on metal footrests, having the shape of a horizontally elongated letter C.
