ZESTAW MEBLI WYPOCZYNKOWYCH Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z nastepujacych mebli: fotela, kanapy trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter zestaw mebli przejawiajacy sie w charakterystycznych liniach, ksztalcie oraz konturach bryl poszczególnych mebli oraz nowoczesnych dopasowanych stylistycznie nózek. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do innych mebli, przejawia sie w formie oraz ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli, w zastosowaniu w nich charakterystycznych ksztaltów oraz stylistycznie dopasowanych, charakterystycznych nózek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na którychfig. 1 i 2, przedstawia fotel (odmiana pierwsza wzoru), fig. 3 i 4 przedstawia kanape trzyosobowa (odmiana druga wzoru). Wszelkie odmiany wzoru przedstawione sa na ilustracji zbiorczej. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w róznych kolorach. Cechy istotne wzoru: Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z masywnego, gladkiego oparcia w ksztalcie prostakata i posiada jedno ozdobne poziome przeszycie. Siedzisko zlozone jest z posadowionej na ramie mebla poduchy, która w charakterystyczny sposób wystaje poza oparcie i podstawe mebla oraz z podstawy mebla. Oparcie boczne mebla posiada charakterystyczny, nachylony w strone oparcia mebla ksztalt. Na oparcie boczne mebla nalozony jest podlokietnik, który ma ksztalt luku nachylonego w strone oparcia mebla. Cecha charakterystyczna jest, iz oparcie boczne rozdzielone jest od podlokietnika metalowym walcem w ksztalcie nózek, przy czym podlokietnik na wysokosci oparcia spoczywa na oparciu bocznym. Nózki wzoru przemyslowego maja ksztalt metalowych walców - cecha charakterystyczna jest, iz wzór przemyslowy posiada nózki wylacznie z przodu mebla - tyl mebla spoczywa na ramie mebla. Kanapa trzyosobowa posiada istotne cechy fotela oraz dodatkowo posiada trzy ozdobne przeszycia idace od górnej czesci oparcia poprzezpoduche siedziska oraz rame, na której posadowiona jest poducha siedziska. Dodatkowo kanapa trzyosobowa posiada mechanizm umozliwiajacy rozlozenie kanapy - funkcja do spania - fig. 5.Fig. 1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4Fig.5Fig. 1 Fig.3 PL PLLOUNGE FURNITURE SET The industrial design covers a lounge furniture set consisting of the following pieces: an armchair and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individually characterful set of furniture, evident in the characteristic lines, shape, and contours of the individual pieces, and modern, stylistically matched legs. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design compared to other furniture is evident in the form and shape of the individual pieces, the use of distinctive shapes, and the stylistically matched, distinctive legs. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Figs. 1 and 2 depict an armchair (the first design variant), and Figs. 3 and 4 depict a three-seater sofa (the second design variant). All design variants are presented in a collective illustration. The furniture set based on the industrial design is made in various colors. Key features of the design: The industrial design armchair features a massive, smooth, rectangular backrest with a single decorative horizontal stitching. The seat consists of a cushion mounted on the frame, which characteristically extends beyond the backrest and base of the furniture, as well as the base itself. The side backrest has a distinctive shape, tilted towards the backrest. The side backrest is fitted with an armrest, which is arc-shaped and tilted towards the backrest. A distinctive feature is that the side backrest is separated from the armrest by a metal cylinder shaped like legs, with the armrest resting on the side backrest at the height of the backrest. The legs of the industrial design are shaped like metal cylinders – a distinctive feature is that the industrial design has legs only at the front of the furniture – the back of the furniture rests on the frame. The three-seater sofa has the essential features of an armchair, and additionally features three decorative stitching lines extending from the upper backrest through the seat cushion and the frame on which the seat cushion rests.
