ZESTAW MEBLI WYPOCZYNKOWYCH Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z nastepujacych mebli: fotela, kanapy trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter zestaw mebli przejawiajacy sie w charakterystycznych liniach, ksztalcie oraz konturach bryl poszczególnych mebli oraz nowoczesnych dopasowanych stylistycznie nózek. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do innych mebli, przejawia sie w formie oraz ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli, w zastosowaniu w nich charakterystycznych ksztaltów oraz stylistycznie dopasowanych, charakterystycznych nózek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na którychfig. 1 i 2, przedstawia fotel (pierwsza odmiana wzoru), fig. 3 i 4 przedstawia kanape trzyosobowa (druga odmiana wzoru). Wszelkie odmiany wzoru przedstawione sa na ilustracji zbiorczej. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w róznych kolorach. Cechy istotne wzoru: Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z masywnego, gladkiego oparcia w ksztalcie prostakata, którego górna krawedz jest zaokraglona. Siedzisko zlozone jest z jednego elementu, który w charakterystyczny sposób wystaje poza oparcia mebla by nastepnie przyjac zaokraglony, nieregularny ksztalt schodzacy do podstawy mebla. Oparcia boczne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, iz sciany wewnetrzne oparc sa proste, natomiast sciany zewnetrzne lagodnie schodza ku podstawie mebla tworzac wrazenie rozchylonych na zewnatrz oparc. Charakterystyczne dla oparcia wzoru przemyslowego jest, iz poziomy bok oparcia (podlokietnik) biegnacy od oparcia mebla az do podstawy mebla ma rózna szerokosc - najwezszy jest przy oparciu mebla by nastepnie stopniowo rozszerzac sie, a nastepnie kierujac sie ku dolowi mebla stopniowo zweza sie. Wzór przemyslowy posiada ozdobne przeszycia - stebnowanie wykonane z nici wyrózniajacej sie kolorystycznie od koloru materialu jakim obity jest mebel biegnace na krawedziach poszczególnych elementów mebla. Nazewnetrznych scianach oparcia, nicia jaka wykonane zostalo zdobienie oparc wykonane zostalo stebnowanie w formie nieregularnego luku. Dodatkowo kanapa trzyosobowa posiada mechanizm umozliwiajacy rozlozenie kanapy-funkqa do spania - fig. 7.Fig. 1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4Fig.5Fig.6Fig.7Fig.1 Fig.3 PL PLLOUNGE FURNITURE SET The industrial design covers a lounge furniture set consisting of the following pieces: an armchair and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individually characterful set of furniture, evident in the characteristic lines, shape, and contours of the individual pieces, and modern, stylistically matched legs. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design compared to other furniture is evident in the form and shape of the individual pieces, the use of distinctive shapes, and the stylistically matched, distinctive legs. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Figs. 1 and 2 depict an armchair (the first design variant), and Figs. 3 and 4 depict a three-seater sofa (the second design variant). All design variants are presented in a collective illustration. The furniture set based on the industrial design is made in various colors. Key features of the design: The industrial-style armchair features a massive, smooth, rectangular backrest with a rounded upper edge. The seat is composed of a single piece that characteristically extends beyond the backrests before taking on a rounded, irregular shape that descends to the base of the furniture. The side backrests of the industrial-style armchair are characterized by straight inner walls, while the outer walls gently slope down to the base, creating the impression of outward-sweeping backrests. A characteristic feature of the industrial-style armchair is that the horizontal side of the backrest (armrest), which runs from the backrest to the base, varies in width – it is narrowest at the backrest, then gradually widens, and then gradually tapers towards the bottom of the furniture. The industrial design features decorative stitching—topstitching made of thread that contrasts in color with the upholstery—running along the edges of individual pieces. The outer walls of the backrest, decorated with the same thread, feature topstitching in the form of an irregular arc. Matching legs complete the look, which can take the form of arcs that extend downward outward or upward inward—Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, respectively. The three-seater sofa has the essential features of an armchair, except for the additional decoration—topstitching dividing the backrest and seat into three equal sections.
