The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 depict its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1. pouffe-seat – fig. 1, 2. armchair – fig. 2, 3. sofa – fig. 3, 4. corner sofa with two sides – fig. 4, 5. corner sofa with one side and an ending with an external contour in the shape of a semicircle – fig. 5, 6. horseshoe corner sofa with one side and an ending with an external contour in the shape of a semicircle – fig. 6. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. the pouffe-seat, is that: The pouffe-seat is an upholstered piece of furniture for modularly creating multiple sets in various sizes and colors. The pouffe's body is a cuboid composed of two superimposed elements in the form of smaller cuboids, with the lower part, i.e., the seat base, being higher than the upper part of the seat. The seat's top cover is made of fabric in a contrasting color to the seat base cover. An additional visible insert is made in a contrasting color to the seat base in the lower part of the seat base. The pouffe-seat sits on decorative metal legs. The pouffe-seat is a solid, rounded shape with a soft seat. The spatial form of the design is submitted for protection, without a color designation. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e. an armchair – are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. describing a pouffe-seat, while an additional important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and distinguishing it from the design shown in Fig. 1 – is that: ? the armchair consists of a pouffe-seat, on the sides of which are set armrests, each of which in shape resembles a vertically positioned low cuboid, with the armrests in the upper front part of the armchair being rounded, ? at the back of the pouffe-seat is the rear wall of the armchair, against which the backrest is supported, with the front part of the backrest for the stoves being profiled backwards so that in its upper part it overlaps the rear wall of the armchair, The top cover of the seat and backrest is made of fabric in a contrasting color to the seat base, back panel, and armrests. The backrest of the longer seat and corner sofa are divided into three parts, and the shorter one into two parts, with the entire front section of the backrest being contoured backwards, overlapping the rear wall of the corner sofa in its upper section – similar to the upper section of the armchair and sofa described above and shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3; both sides are finished with vertically adjacent armrests, which are rounded in their upper front section; the top covers of the seats and backrests of the corner sofa are made of fabric in a contrasting color to the upholstery of the seat base, back wall, and armrests, while on the outer edges of the armrests, as well as on the lower part of the seat base, there is an additional visible cobra insert contrasting with the color of the armrests. The three-dimensional form of the design variation is being registered for protection, without a color designation. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5, i.e. a corner sofa with one side and an ending with an external contour in the shape of a semicircle – are the features described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 4, i.e. describing a corner sofa with two sides, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5 and distinguishing it from the design variant shown in Fig. 4 – is that: ? similarly to the corner sofa with two sides – the longer side of the seat is ended with an adjacent armrest, while the shorter side has an ending with an external contour in the shape of a semicircle without a backrest.
