Abstract

Fremgangsmåte og maskin for fremstilling av plate- detaljer (1) av en platesklve (2) som forflyttes gjennom en presse (13) for utførelse av l det minste en første kllppeoperasjon for fraskllllng av platedetalj- ene fra platesklven og en andre kllppeoperasjon for fraskllllng av skrot (27), hvilken presse er åpen med et rom (32) for fri innføring av plateskiven. Ifølge oppfinnelsen forflyttes platesklven med en mateanord- ning (11) mellom bearbeldelsesoperasjonene Ifølge et bestemt koordlnatmønster og bearbeides i på hverandre følgende y-seksjoner (24,26), idet hver y-seksjon (24) bearbeides ferdig i x-retning før den påfølgende y- seksjon (26) bringes l stilling for bearbeidelse, Idet platefcskiven bearbeides innenfor flateområdet (33) som hver har en lengde i x-retningen på høyst 30 cm og er større enn platedetaljen, slik at et omløpende, ubrutt skrotpartl (27) blir igjen ved den første klippeopera- sjonen. Den andre kllppeoperasjon utføres for å skille et skrotpartl (27) med vinkelklipplng, slik at det dannes en trimmet sidekant (28) og samtidig dannes en trimmet kant (35) på tvers av y-seksjonen (24). Videre styres platesklvens forflytting av en programmerbar Istyreenhet, som også styrer bearbeldelsesverktøyenes bevegelser valgfritt.
