Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a la estabilización de ARN, en particular ARNm, y un incremento en la traducción de ARNm. La presente invención se refiere en particular a una modificación de ARN, en particular ARN transcrito in vitro, que da por resultado estabilidad incrementada de transcripto y/o eficiencia incrementada de traducción.
