Abstract
Se describe secuencia de ADN nuevas que funcionan como promotores de la transcripción de las secuencias de nucleótidos asociadas. Más específicamente, se describe a las secuencias de ADN que confieren una expresión constitutiva a una secuencia de nucleótido asociada. Además se describen secuencias recombinantes que contienen a dichas secuencias promotoras. Dichas secuencias de ADN recombinantes se pueden utilizar par crear plantas transgénicas, pero especialmente, plantas que expresan una secuencia de nucleótido de interés en todo momento y en la mayoría de los tejidos y órganos. Reivindicación 1: Una secuencia de ADN capaz de portar la expresión de una secuencia de nucleótido asociada, donde la secuencia de ADN comprende la secuencia de nucleótido ilustrada en el NR ID de SEC: 1. Reivindicación 18: La molécula de ADN recombinante de la reivindicación 17, donde dicha secuencia de codificación codifica a una enzima seleccionada del grupo de xiloisomerasas, fosfomano-isomerasa, manosa-6-fosfato isomerasa, manosa-1-fosfato isomerasa, fosfomano mutasa, manosa epimerasa, manosa o xilosa fosfatasa, manosa-6-fosfatasa, manosa-1-fosfatasa y manosa o xilosa permeasa. Reivindicación 29: Un vector de expresión e ADN de acuerdo con la reivindicación 28 que comprende una primer secuencia de ADN capaz de expresar en una célula, un fragmento ARN sentido de dicho genoma viral o su porción y, una segunda secuencia de ADN capaz de expresar en una célula un fragmento de ARN antisentido de dicho genoma viral o su porción, donde dicho fragmento de ARN sentido y dicho fragmento de ARN antisentido son capaces de formar un ARN de doble hebra.
