Claims (13)
1. Antitelo ili njegov antigen-vezujući fragment koje se specifično vezuje za FOLR1, naznačeno time što navedeno antitelo ili njegov antigen-vezujući fragment sadrži VH CDR1, VH-CDR2, VH-CDR3, VL-CDR1, VL-CDR2 i VL-CDR3 aminokiselinske sekvence: SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, i 3 i SEQ ID NO: 13, 14, i 15.
2. Antitelo ili njegov antigen-vezujući fragment prema patentnom zahtevu 1, naznačeno time što navedeno antitelo ili njegov antigen-vezujući fragment sadrži aminokiselinske sekvence: SEQ ID NO: 25 i SEQ ID NO: 29.
3. Antite1o ili njegov antigen-vezujući fragment prema patentnom zahtevu 1 ili 2, naznačeno time što je navedeno antitelo ili njegov antigen-vezujući fragment murinsko, ne-humano, humanizovano, himerno, ili sa novom površinom.
4. Polipeptid koji specifično vezuje FOLR1, naznačen time što navedeni polipeptid sadrži sekvence: SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, i 3 i SEQ ID NO: 13, 14, i 15.
5. Molekul nukleinske kiseline koji kodira antitelo, njegov antigen-vezujući fragment, ili polipeptid prema bilo kom od patentnih zahteva 1-4.
6. Postupak detekcije proteina FOLR1 u uzorku koji sadrži dovođenje u kontakt navedenog uzorka sa antitelom, njegovim antigen-vezujućim fragmentom, ili polipeptidom prema bilo kom od patentnih zahteva 1-4.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtevu 6, naznačen time što se protein FOLR1 detektuje pomoću radioimunotesta, western blot testa, imunofluorescentnog testa, enzimskog imunotesta, imunoprecipitacijskog testa, hemiluminescentnog testa, citometrije, ili imunohistohemijskog testa.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtevu 7, naznačen time što se protein FOLR1 detektuje pomoću citometrije, enzimskog imunotesta, ili imunohistohemijskog testa, pri čemu je citometrija protočna citometrija, i pri čemu je enzimski imunotest enzim vezaniimunosorbent test (ELISA).
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtevu 6 ili 7, naznačen time što je navedeni protein FOLR1 oslobođeni protein FOLR1.
10. Izolovana ćelija koja proizvodi antitelo, njegov antigen-vezujući fragment, ili polipeptid prema bilo kom od patentnih zahteva 1-4.
11. Postupak pravljenja antitela, njegovog antigen-vezujućeg fragmenta, ili polipeptida prema bilo kom od patentnih zahteva 1-4, koji sadži (a) kultivisanje ćelije prema patentnom zahtevu 10; i (b) izolovanje navedenog antitela, njegovog antigen-vezujućeg fragmenta, ili polipeptida iz navedene kultivisane ćelije.
12. Imunotest komplet za detekciju proteina FOLR1 u uzorku. naznačen time sto komplet sadrži: (a) prvi reagens, pri čemuje prvi reagens antitelo ili njegov antigen-vezujući fragment prema bilo kom od patentnih .zahteva l-3 ili polipeptid prema patentnom zahtevu 4, i (b) drugi reagens, pri čemu drugi reagens predstavlja reagens za detekciju.
13. Antitelo iii njegov antigen-vezujući fragment prema bilo kom od patentnih .zahteva 1 do 3 ili polipeptid prema patentnom zahtevu 4 za upotrebu u postupku za dijagnostikovanje kancera.
