Abstract

약리적치료 또는 진단에 사용되는 유효량의 약제, 메틸셀룰로스, 시트르산 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 함유하고 ph3~10인 안과용, 피부과용 및 체강용의 열가역성 수성의약조성물로서 투여 또는 도포전에는 유동성이 높은 액체로, 투여 또는 도포후에는 국소의 체온으로 신속하게 겔화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 약리적치료 또는 진단에 사용되는 유효량의 약제를 함유하는 가역성 열겔화 수성의약조성물에 있어서, 메틸셀룰로스(메톡실기의 함유율이 26~33%의 범위인 것) 0.2~2.0(W/V)%, 시트르산 1.2~2.3(W/V)%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 0.5~13(W/V)%와 조성물의 pH를 3~10의 범위에 조정하기 위해 충분한 양의 의약적으로 용인 할 수 있는 pH 조정제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성의약조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약리적으로 유효한 약제가 화학요법약, 항생물질, 항알레르기약, 항염증약, 축동제, 비타민류, 혈관수축약, 항히스타민제, 산동제, 녹내장치료약, 백내장치료약, 국소마취약, 안과용진단제, 면역억제제, 대사길항제, 충혈제거제, 자율신경제, 당뇨병성 망막증 치료제, 아미노산류, 및 그들의 혼합물로 된 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 안과용 수성의약조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 약제가 암포테리신 B, 노르플록사신, 질산미코나졸, 오플록사신, 이독스우리딘, 클로르암페니콜, 콜리스틴메탄술폰산나트륨, 카르베니실린나트륨, 황산겐타마이신, 푸마르산케토티펜, 크로모글릭산나트륨, 3-(1H-태트라졸-5-일)옥사닐산, 인산메타메타존나트륨, 덱사메타존, 플루오로메틀론, 글리시티진산디칼륨, 염화티소자임, 디클로펜악나트륨, 프라노프로펜 인도메타신, 아세트산크프티존, 아줄렌, 알란토인, ε-아미노카프로산, 염산필로카르핀, 카르바콜, 플라빈 아데닌 디뉴클레오티드, 인산피리독살, 시아노코발아민, 질산나프아졸린, 염산페닐에프린, 말레산클로르페닐아민, 염산디펜히드라민, 트로피카미드, 말레산티몰롤 및 염산카르테올롤, 를루타티온, 피레녹신, 염산옥시뷰프로카인, 염산리도카인, 플루오레세인나트륨, 시클로스포린, 아자티오프린, 플루오로우라실, 테가푸르, 염산에피네프린, 메틸황산네오스티그민, [5-(3-티에닐)테트라졸-1-일]아세트산, 콘드로이틴황산나트륨으로 이루어진 화합물의 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 화학요법약이 이독스우리딘 또는 노르플록사신, 항생물질이 황상겐타마이신, 항알레르기약이 3-(1H-테트라졸-5-일)옥사닐산 또는 크로모글릭산나트륨, 항염증약이 인산베타메타존 또는 프라노프로펜, 비타민류가 플라빈 아데닌 디뉴클레오티드, 국소마취약이 염산리도카인, 혈관 수축약이 질산나프아졸린, 축동약이 필로가르핀염산염, 녹내장 치료약이 말레산티몰롤, 백내장치료약이 피레녹신, 면역억제제가 시클로스포린, 대사길항제가 플로오로우라실, 안과용 진단약이 플루오레세인나트륨, 산동약이 트로피카미드 및 당뇨병성 망막치료제가 [5-(3-티에닐)테트라졸-1-일]아세트산인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 약리적으로 유효한 약제가 기생성 피부질환용제, 화농성질환용제, 소염진통제, 진양제, 국소마취제 및 외피용 살균소독제로 된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구소 또는 피부과용 수성의약조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 약제가 클로트리마졸, 살리실산, 비포나졸, 식칸닌, 아세트산비스데칼리늄, 술파메톡사졸나트륨, 에리트로마이신, 황산겐타마이신, 인도메타신, 케토프로펜, 디펜히드라민, 염산프로카인, 염산리도카인, 요오드, 포비돈요오드, 염화벤잘코늄, 글루콘산클로르헥시딘, 발레르산베타메타존, 플루오시놀론아세토니드로부터 이루어진 화합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 기생성 피부질환용제가 클로트리마졸, 화농성질환용제가 황상겐타마이신, 소염 진통제가 인도메타신, 진양제가 디펜히드라민, 국소마취제가 염산리도카인 및 외피용 살균소독제가 포비돈요오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 약리적으로 유효한 약제가 항히스타민제, 생식기관용제, 이비과 용제, 기관지확장제, 대사길항제, 치면진통제, 해열진통소염제, 부신호르몬제, 국소마취제, 화농성질환용제, 및 합성항균제 및 그들의 혼합물로 된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체강에 투여하기 위한 수성의약조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 약제가 염산디펜히드라민, 말레산클로르페닐아민, 클로트리마졸, 질산미코나졸, 염산테트리졸린, 질산나프아졸린, 푸마르산케토티펜, 아미노필린, 플루오로우라실, 디아제팜, 아스피린, 인도메타신, 술린닥, 페닐부타존, 이부프로펜, 덱사메타존, 트리암시놀론, 히드로코르티존, 염산리도카인, 술피스옥사졸, 카나마이신, 토브라마이신, 에리트로마이신, 노르플록사신 및 날리딕산으로 된 화합물에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 항히스타민제가 염산디펜히드라민, 생식기관용제가 질산미코나졸, 이비과 용제가 염산 테트리졸린, 기관지확장제가 아미노필린, 대사길항제가 플루오로우라실, 최면진통제가 디아제팜, 해열진통제가 인도메타신, 부신호르몬제가 덱사메타존, 국소마취제가 염산리도카인, 화농성질환용제가 에리트로마이신 및 합성항균제가 노르플록사신인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 메틸셀룰로스의 2.0% 수용액이 20℃에서 점도 13~12,000밀리파스칼·초인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌글리콜이 중량 평균 분자량 300~50,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 겔화온도가 약 20℃~약 40℃로 조성물이 이 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 액체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 의약적으로 용인할 수 있는 완충제, 염, 보존제 및 가용화제의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
