Abstract

본 발명의 목적은, 150℃를 넘는 고온환경에서도 장기사용 및 / 또는 보존을 실현시키고, 융점이 적어도 170℃인 다공성합성수지시트로 만든 격리판을 이용하고 블론아스팔트로 주로 만든 밀폐층이 배치된, 연속사용가능한 온도가 적어도 150℃인 열가소성수지로 주로 또는 단독으로 만든 개스킷을 이용하는 것에 의해 양극과 음극을 분리하는 코스트성능이 높은 범용규기전해액전지를 제공하는 것이다.

제1도는 Li/(CF)n계 코인형유기전해액전지의 전형적인 구조를 도시한 종단면도, 제2도는 온도를 파라미터로해서 전해액내의 유기용매의 혼합비율에 대해서 40%의 방전깊이에서의 전지의 동작전압의 변화를 도시한 도면, 제3도는 150℃에서 보존된 Li/(CF)n계 전지의 개방회로전압의 변화를 도시한 도면.

Claims (15)

  1. 리튬 등의 경금속, 리튬 등의 경금속을 주로 함유한 합금, 또는 리튬 등의 알칼리금속과 탄소 또는 금속산화물사이에서 형성된 삽입화합물로 이루어진 활성재의 음극과, 비점이 170℃인 단일유기용매 또는 혼합유기용매중에 용질로서 리튬염을 용해하여 얻은 유기전해액으로 구성된 유기전해액전지에 있어서 ; 양극과 음극은 융점이 적어도 170℃인 다공성함성수지시트로 이루어진 격리판에 의해 격리되어 있고, 양극금속용기와 음극금속용기사이에는 블론아스팔트로 주로 이루어진 밀봉층으로 표면이 미리 도포되어 있는, 연속사용가능한 온도가 적어도 150℃인 열가소성합성수지 단독 또는 그것을 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 개스킷이 삽입되어 있고, 이들 금속용기는 상기 양극금속용기 또는 상기 음극금속용기의 상부플랜지를 만곡시키고, 상기 금속용기사이에 삽입되어 있는 상기 개스킷상에 압력을 가하여 밀봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌술피드 또는 테트라플루오라이드-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체의 어느 한쪽의 열가소성수지 단독 또는 그것을 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 개스킷을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 충전제로서 작용하는 유리섬유를 폴리페닐렌술피드수지 또는 테트라플루오라이드-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체 수지중에 10wt%미만의 비율로 균일하게 혼합하여 강화한 수지로 이루어진 개스킷을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 및 / 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 폴리올레핀계 탄성중합체를 폴리페닐렌술피드수지 또는 테트라플루오라이드-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체수지중에 10wt%미만의 비율로 균일하게 혼합하여 얻은 열가소성수지로 이루어진 개스킷을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양극금속용기 또는 음극금속용기의 상부플랜지를 만곡하여 압착스트레스를 인가하고 개스킷상에 압력을 가하여 밀봉한 상기 개스킷의 두께는, 밀봉하고 압착하기 전에 결정한 스트레스받지않은 개스킷 두께의 50~90% 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 블론아스팔트로 주로 이루어진 밀봉층은 용매중에 미네랄유가 첨가된 블론아스팔트를 용해하여 미리 제조한 도료를 적어도 양극금속용기와 음극금속용기가 접촉한 개스킷의 표면영역에 도포하여 건조함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 부직포형태를 취한 합성섬유 또는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리페닐렌술피드, 폴리비닐리텐, 및 폴리테트라플루오라이드에틸렌군에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 수지로 이루어진 미공성박막으로 만든 격리판을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  8. 그래파이트플루오르화물을 주성분으로 하는 양전극과 리튬금속으로 구성된 음극은 융점온도가 적어도 170℃인 다공성합성수지로 만든 격리판에 의해 격리되어 있고, 양극금속용기와 음극금속용기사이에는 블론아스팔트로 주로 이루어진 밀봉층으로 표면이 미리 도포되어 있는 연속사용가능한 온도가 적어도 150℃인 열가소성합성수지 단독 또는 그것을 주성분으로하여 이루어진 개스킷이 삽입되어 있고, 이들 금속용기는 상기 양극금속용기 또는 상기 음극금속용기의 상부플랜지를 만곡시키고 해당 양 금속용기사이에 삽입되어 있는 상기 개스킷상에 압력을 가함으로써 밀봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌술피드수지 또는 테트라플루오라이드-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르공중합체수지의 어느 한쪽의 열가소성수지 단독 또는 그것을 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 개스킷을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 유리섬유를 폴리페닐렌술피드 또는 테트라플루오라이드-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체 수지중에 10wt%미만의 비율로 균일하게 혼합하여 강화한 열가소성수지로 이루어진 개스킷을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 및 / 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 구성된 폴리올레핀계 탄성종합체를 폴리페닐렌술피드수지 또는 테트라플루오라이드-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체 수지중에 10wt%미만의 비율로 균일하게 혼합하여 얻은 열가소성수지로 이루어진 개스킷을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양극금속용기 또는 음극금속용기의 상부플랜지를 만곡하여 압착스트레스를 인가하고 개스킷상에 압력을 가하여 밀봉한 상기 개스킷의 두께는, 밀봉하고 압착하기 전에 결정한 스트레스받지않은 개스킷 두께의 50~90% 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 양극 및 음극금속용기와 접촉하는 개스킷의 표면영역상에 블론아스팔트로 주로 이루어진 밀봉층은, 블론아스팔트에 미네랄유를 첨가하여 용매중에 용해하여 얻은 도료로 도포하여 건조함으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 리튬플루오보레이트의 용질을 γ-부티로락톤 단독용매 또는 γ-부티로락톤을 주로 함유한 비점이 높은 혼합용매에 0.9~1.5mol/1 의 농도로 용해하여 얻은 유기전해액을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 양극금속용기는 15wt%를 초과하는 크롬과 0.5wt%를 초과하는 몰리브텐을 함유한 스텐레스강제인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전해액전지.
