Claims (27)

  1. 양전류 콜렉터로서 작용하며 내(耐) 알칼리성 플라스틱 코우팅이 피복된 금속용기와 플라스틱 봉합부재사이에 배치된 봉합제로 이루어진 봉합수단을 갖는 전기화학적 알칼리 전지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 봉합제가 역청인 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 봉합부재가 폴리프로필렌 또는 나일론인 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 금속용기가 비도금 강철인 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 코우팅이 전도성인 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 코우팅이 전도성 충전제를 함유하는 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전도성 충전제가 탄소인 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 플라스틱 코우팅의 찬소 중량퍼센트가 40까지의 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 코우팅의 두께가 0.00025cm 내지 0.0051cm인 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 플라스틱 코우팅의 두께가 0.0015cm 내지 0.0020cm인 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 봉합제와 금속용기가 접촉하는 부위에만 플라스틱 코우팅이 피복되는 전기화학적 알칼리전지.
  12. 하기 (a)-(d)로 구성되는, 전기화학적 알칼리전지의 제조방법 : (a) 양전류 콜렉터로서 작용하는 금속용기의 내부표면에 내알칼리성 중합체수지를 피복시키고 ;(b) 중합체 수지 코우팅을 건조시킴으로써 상기 금속용기의 표면상에 내알칼리성 플라스틱막을 형성시키고 ; (c) 상기 금속용기내에 알칼리전지 성분들을 집어 넣고 : (d) 상기 금속용기의 열린 단부에 주름을 잡은 직후에 플라스틱 봉합부재와 상기 금속용기 사이에 봉합제를 배치함으로써 알칼리전지를 봉한다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 내알칼리성 중합체 수지가 용매에 용해된 중합체결합제로 구성되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 용매를 고온하에 중합체수지로부터 증발시키는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 중합체 결합제가 알칼리 전해액에 용해되지 않는 방법
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 중합체 결합제가 알칼리전해액에 의해서 가수분해 또는 산화되지 않는 방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 용매가 상기 금속용기의 표면을 적시는 방법.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 봉합제가 역청인 방법.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 봉합부재가 폴리프로필렌 또는 나일론인 방법.
  20. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속용기가 강철인 방법.
  21. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 결합제가 전도성인 방법.
  22. 제13항에 있어서, 전도성 충전제가 상기 결합제에 첨가되는 방법.

  25. 제12항에 있어서, 봉합제와 금속용기가 접촉하는 부위에서만 중합체 수지가 금속용기에 적용되는 방법.
  26. 제12항에 있어서, 플라스틱막의 두께가 0.00025cm 내지 0.0051cm인 방법.
