Abstract

접합면에서 블록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재를 접착에 의해 접합했다. 또, 적어도 하나의 부재의 접합면에 볼록부 또는 접착제 도포부에 관통 구멍이 설치되어 있다. 또한, 접착제를 볼록부를 갖는 부재의 볼록부 이외의 부분에 볼록부의 높이보다 낮아지도록 도포하고 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재와 위치맞춤해서 접합한다. 또, 삽입 구멍과 끼워맞춤하고 임시로 고정되는 기구를 갖는 리벳 및, 리벳 삽입 구멍을 갖는 한쪽 부재에 끼워맞춤기구를 갖는 리벳을 삽입하여 끼워맞춤 고정하는 단계를 갖는 접착 접합체의 접합방법에 관한 것이다. 부재의 용이하고 정확한 위치맞춤, 접착제층 두께의 확실한 확보, 불필요한 부분으로의 접착제의 부착 방지, 접합체로서의 강도의 향상등의 신로성이 높은 접착 접합체 및 그 접합방법과 접합에 편리하게 쓰이는 리벳을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (25)

  1. 접합면에서 볼록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  2. 접합면에서 볼록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합하는 접착 접합체에 있어서, 볼록부, 오목부 또는 관통 구멍이 테이퍼형상으로 형성되고 상기 테이퍼부에서 상기 볼록부와 상기 오목부 또는 상기 관통 구멍이 걸리도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  3. 접합면에서 블록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부를 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합하는 접착 접합체에 있어서, 볼록부의 높이가 오목부의 깊이보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  4. 접합면에서 볼록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부를 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합하는 접착 접합체에 있어서, 볼록부의 높이가 오목부의 깊이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  5. 접합면에서 볼록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부를 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합하는 접착 접합체에 있어서, 볼록부의 선단측에 접착제 유지용 오목부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  6. 접합면에서 원기둥형상의 블록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 다각형 기둥형상의 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  7. 접합면에서 다각형 기둥형상 또는 타원 기둥형상의 볼록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 다각형 기둥형상 또는 타원 기둥형상의 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  8. 접합면에서 볼록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재를 접착제로 접합하는 접착 접합체에 있어서, 접합되는 부재의 적어도 한쪽은 박판이며 박판 자체가 두께 방향으로 변형해서 볼록부와 오목부가 표리일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  9. 복수의 부재를 접착제로 접합한 접착 접합체에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 부재의 접합면에 볼록부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  10. 부수의 부재를 접착제로 접합한 접착 접합체에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 부재의 접착제 도포부에 관통 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 부재를 접착제와 체결 부재를 병용해서 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 부재를 접착제와 리벳 또는 나사를 병용해서 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 복수의 부재를 접착제와 체결 부재를 병용해서 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 복수의 부재를 접착제와 리벳 또는 나사를 병용해서 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 복수의 부재를 접착제와 체결 부재를 병용해서 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 복수의 부재를 접착제와 리벳 또는 나사를 병용해서 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  17. 박판 자체가 두께방향으로 변형해서 볼록부와 오목부가 표리일체로 형성되고, 상기 박판에 형성된 볼록부를 다른 부재의 오목부와 결합시키는 동시에, 결합부에 형성된 양 부재를 관통하는 관통 구멍에 삽입된 체결 부재로 체결하는 접착 접합체에 있어서, 상기 볼록부를 갖는 부재의 배면에 형성된 오목부는 그 깊이가 상기 체결 부재의 돌출부의 높이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  18. 접합면에서 볼록부를 갖는 부재와, 접합면에서 상기 볼록부와 결합하는 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재를 접착 접합하는 방법에 있어서, 접착제를 상기 볼록부를 갖는 부재의 볼록부 이외의 부분에 볼록부의 높이보다 낮아지도록 도포하는 단계와, 상기 오목부 또는 관통 구멍을 갖는 부재와 위치맞춤해서 접합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체의 접합방법.
  19. 삽입 구멍과 끼워맞춤하고 가고정된 기구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리벳.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 삽입 구멍과 끼워맞춤하는 기구는 끼워맞춤부에 설치된 탄성제 또는 돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 리벳.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 삽입 구멍과 끼워맞춤하는 기구는 끼워맞춤부에 설치된 가압에 의해 지름방향으로 팽창하는 얇은 두께부인 것을 특징으로 하는 리벳.
  22. 리벳 삽입 구멍을 갖는 한쪽 부재에 상기 제19항의 리벳을 삽입하여 끼워맞춤 고정하는 단계와, 상기 리벳을 삽입 고정한 부재 또는 리벳 삽입 구멍을 갖는 다른쪽 부재의 접착면에 접착제를 도포하는 단계와, 상기 다른쪽 부재의 리벳 삽입 구멍에 상기 한쪽 부재에 삽입 고정된 리벳을 삽입하는 단계 및, 상기 리벳을 체결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체의 접합방법.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 변성 아크릴계 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  24. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 변성 아크릴계 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
  25. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 변성 아크릴계 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 접합체.
