Abstract
본 발명은 13 내지 31원자%의 (Al+Cr)량 및 10원자% 이하의 Al량으로 결합된 MCrAlY 합금(M : Fe, Ni, Co)과 MgAl2O4, MgO 및 Y2O3로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 최소한 하나의 산화 세라믹으로 이루어지는 서어멧 열 분무층인 롤 표면에 서어멧 가열 분무 코팅을 가지는 노상 롤에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 롤 보디의 표면에 서어멧 가열 분무층이 있으며, 가열 분무층이 산화망간과의 낮은 반응성을 가지는 5-90 중량%의 열 분무 코팅으로 이루어진 산화세라믹과 13 내지 31원자%의 Al 및 Cr 결합량 및 10원자% 이하의 Al량으로 결합된 MCrAlY 합금(M이 Fe, Ni및 Co로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 최소한 하나의 금속원소)으로 이루어지는 서어멧 열 분무층인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 냉각로에 사용하기 위한 노상 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 망간과 낮은 반응성을 가지는 산화 세라믹이 마그네시아 스피넬(MgAl2O4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 노상 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 망간과 낮은 반응성을 가지는 산화 세라믹이 마그네시아(MgO)인 것을 특징으로 하는 노상 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 망간과 낮은 반응성을 가지는 산화 세라믹이 이트리아(Y2O3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 노상 롤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 망간과 낮은 반응성을 가지는 산화 세라믹이 마그네시아 스피넬(MgAl2O4), 마그네시아(MgO) 및 이트리아(Y2O3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 노상 롤.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
