Abstract

라디에이터와 엔진을 덮는 보닛은 정면벽부와 그 양측으로부터 뻗어 있는 좌측벽부와 우측벽부를 구비하한 보닛의 전면에 설치된 보닛그릴을 갖추고 있고, 상기 정면벽부에는 라디에이터의 공기를 끌어들이기 위한 흡기개구부가 형성되어 있다. 상기 좌측벽부에 우측벽부는 상기 정면벽부에 대하여 대략 직각으로 굴곡하고 있는 굴곡부를 가지고 있다. 그 양끝영역은 각각 상기 고정수단에 의해 상기 좌측벽부와 우측벽부에 부착되어 있다.
보닛그릴네트는, 상기 흡기개구부의 전체면을 커버하는 동시에 다시 상기 좌우측벽부의 적어도 일부까지 커버하도록 뻗어 있고, 그 경우 사이 보닛그릴네트의 양끝영역이 상기 굴곡부에 대응하여 굴곡하고 있다. 이 보닛그릴네트와 상기 좌측벽부 및 우측벽부와의 사이에 스페이스를 여는 동시에, 그 스페이스와 흡기개구부가 유통하도록 상기 보닛그릴네트는 상기 보닛그릴에 볼트와 스페이서에 의해 부착된다.

제5도는 라디에이터 냉각팬의 슈라우드를 도시하는 배면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 정면벽부(52a)와 그 양측으로부터 뻗어 있는 좌측벽부(52b)와 우측벽부(52b)를 구비하고, 상기 정면벽부에는 라디에이터의 공기를 끌어들이기 위한 흡기개구부(52c)가 형성되어 있으며, 보닛의 전면에 설치된 보닛그릴(52); 상기 흡기개구부의 전체면을 커버하는 보닛그릴네트(55);로 구성된 라디에이터와 엔진을 덮는 보닛(50)에 있어서, 상기 보닛그릴네트(55)는 다시 상기 좌우측벽부(52b)의 적어도 일부까지 커버하도록 뻗어 있고, 상기 보닛그릴네트(55)와 상기 좌측벽부(52b)와 우측벽부(52b)와의 사이에 스페이스를 여는 동시에 그 스페이스와 상기 흡기개구부(52c)와 유통하도록, 상기 보닛그릴네트는 고정수단(31,32)에 의해 상기 보닛그릴에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터와 엔진을 위한 흡기구를 구비한 보닛.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 좌측벽부와 우측벽부는 사익 정면벽부에 대하여 대략 직각으로 굴곡하고 있는 굴곡부를 가지며, 상기 보닛그릴네트의 양끝영역은 상기 굴곡부에 대응하여 굴곡되어 있고, 그 양끝영역은 각각 고정수단에 의해 상기 좌측벽부와 우측벽부에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보닛.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 볼트와 스페이서를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보닛.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보닛그릴네트의 외부가장자리와 상기 보닛그릴과의 사이는 트림(33)에 의해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보닛.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보닛그릴네트와 트립은 상기 보닛그릴로의 장착시에 굴곡가능한 탄성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 보닛.
  6. 정면벽부(51a)와 그 양측으로부터 뻗어있는 좌측벽부(51b)와 우측벽부(51b)를 구비하고, 상기 정면벽부(51a)에는 라디에이터로의 공기를 끌어들이기 위한 제2의 흡기개구부(51c)가 형성되어 있는 상기 보닛그릴(52)의 하부측에 설치된 프런트그릴(51);상기 제2흡기개구부(51c)의 전체면을 커버하도록 뻗어 있는 프런트그릴네트(56);를 가진 제1항의 보닛에 있어서, 상기 프런트그릴네트(56)는 다시 상기 좌우측벽부(51b)의 적어도 일부까지 커버하도록 뻗어 있고;상기 프런트그릴네트(56)와 상기 프런트그릴의 좌측벽부(51b) 및 우측벽부(51b)와의 사이에 스페이스를 여는 동시에, 그 스페이스와 상기 제2흡기개구부(51c)가 유통하도록 상기 프런트그릴네트는 상기 고정수단(31,32)에 의해 상기 프런트그릴에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터와 엔진을 위한 흡기구를 구비한 보닛.
