Abstract

폴리싱장치는 여러가지 작업을 수행하기 위한 복수의 유니트를 갖는 클러스터형 장치이다. 상기 폴리싱장치는 작업편을 이웃하기 위한 적어도 하나의 아암을 갖는 유니버셜 이송로보트, 상기 유니버셜 이송로보트 주위에 배치되며 폴리싱되어질 작업편을 놓아주기 위한 로딩 유니트, 상기 작업편을 폴리싱하기 위한 적어도 하나의 폴리싱 유니트, 폴리싱 되어진 상기 작업편을 세정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 세정유니트 및 세정된 작업편을 놓아주기 위한 언로딩유니트를 포함한다. 상기 폴리싱장치는 서로 인접된 복수의 유니트중의 두 유니트 사이에서 상기 작업편을 이송시켜주기 위한 전용이송장치를 포함한다. 상기 유니버셜 이송로보트는 깨끗한 작업편을 이송하고 상기 전용이송장비는 더러운 작업편을 이송한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 작업편의 표면을 폴리싱하고, 폴리싱되어진 상기 작업편을 세정하기 위한 폴리싱장치에 있어서, 상기 작업편을 이송하기 위한 적어도 하나의 아암을 갖는 유니셜 이송로보트; 상기 유니버셜 이송로보트 주위에 배치되며, 폴리싱 되어질 작업편을 놓아두기 위한 로딩유니트, 상기 로딩유니트들로부터 이송된 상기 작업편을 폴리싱하기 위한 적어도 하나의 폴리싱유니트, 폴리싱 된 상기 작업편을 세정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 세정유니트 및 상기 세정된 작업편을 놓아두기 위한 언로딩유니트를 포함하는 복수의 유니트; 및 서로 인접한 상기 복수의 유니트중의 두 유니트사이에서 상기 작업편을 이송하기 위한 전용이송장비를 구비하며, 상기 유니버셜 이송로보트는 깨끗한 작업편을 이송하고, 상기 전용이송장비는 더러운 작업편을 이송하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리싱장치.

  12. 작업편의 표면을 폴리싱하고, 폴리싱 되어진 상기 작업편을 세정하기 위한 폴리싱장치에 있어서, 하나는 깨끗한 작업편을 이송하기 위해 전용적으로 사용되며, 다른 하나는 더러운 작업편을 이송하기 위해 전용적으로 사용되는 각기 적어도 하나의 아암을 갖는 두 개의 중앙로보트; 및 상기 중앙로보트 주위에 배치되며, 폴리싱되어질 작업편을 놓아두기 위한 로딩유니트, 상기 로딩유니트로부터 이송된 상기 작업편을 폴리싱하기 위한 적어도 하나의 폴리싱유니트, 폴리싱된 상기 작업편을 세정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 세정유니트, 폴리싱된 상기 작업편을 세정하기 위한 적어도 하나의 세정유니트 및 상기 세정된 작업편을 놓아두기 위한 언로딩유니트를 포함하는 복수의 유니트를 구비하며; 상기 폴리싱유니트는 상기 중앙로보트중의 하나에 의해 상기 로딩유니트로부터 이송되어진 깨끗한 작업편을 놓아두기 위한 로딩부, 상기 로딩부에 인접하여 제공된 턴테이블, 및 상기 작업편을 수용하여 상기 턴테이블에 대하여 압착시켜주는 톱량을 구비하며; 상기 세정유니트는 폴리싱되어지고 상기 다른 중앙로보트에 의해 상기 턴테이블로부터 이송되어진 더러운 작업편을 놓아두기 위한 로딩부, 상기 작업편의 1차 세정을 수행하는 1차 세정스테이션, 상기 작업편의 2차 세정을 수행하는 2차 세정스테이션, 상기 1차, 2차 세정스테이션에서 세정된 깨끗한 작업편을 놓아두기 위한 언로딩부를 구비하며, 상기 중앙로보트중의 하나는 상기 세정유니트의 언로딩부로부터 상기 언로딩유니트로 상기 깨끗한 작업편을 이송시켜는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리싱장치.
