Abstract

심금에, (A) 다음의 평균 조성식(1)로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산
RnSiO(4-n)/2............................................(1)
(단, 식 중 R은 치환 또는 비치환의 일가 탄화 수소기이고, n은 1.95∼2.05의 정수이다)과, (B) 상기 오르가노폴리실록산 100중량부에 대해 5∼200 중량부의 평균 입자 지름이 0.1∼100㎛인 구형 실리콘 엘라스토머 입자 및 (C) 도전성 재료를 함유하는 실리콘 고무 조성물의 반도전성 경화물층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전 롤을 제공한다.
본 발명의 반도전 롤은 반도전 영역에서의 전기 저항률이 성형 조건에 따라 좌우되는 일이 없고, 동시에 변동이 극히 적게 되어 안정하게 됨과 동시에, 성형 가공성, 가황 특성 및 고무 탄성에 있어서 우수하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 심금에, (A) 다음의 평균 조성식(1)로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산
    RnSiO(4-n)/2............................................(1)
    (단, 식 중 R은 치환 또는 비치환의 일가 탄화 수소기이고, n은 1.95∼2.05의 정수이다)과, (B) 상기 오르가노폴리실록산 100중량부에 대해 5∼200 중량부의 평균 입자 지름이 0.1∼100㎛인 구형 실리콘 엘라스토머 입자 및 (C) 도전성 재료를 함유하는 실리콘 고무 조성물의 반도전성 경화물층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전 롤.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성 재료가 도전성 카본 블랙, 도전성 아연화 또는 도전성 산화티탄에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도전 롤.
