Abstract
아조 화합물, 카본블랙 및 하나 이상의 수산화세륨 또는 산화세륨을 배합시킨 부가반응형의 사출성형용 실리콘 고무 조성물.
1차 성형후에 후경화를 실시하지 않고 압축 영구변형이 작으며 난연성이 우수한 실리콘 고무 성형품을 수득할 수 있다. 실리콘 고무와 열가소성 수지의 일체성형이 가능하다.

Claims (1)
- (A) 규소원자에 결합된 1가 지방족 불포화 탄화수소기를 한 분자내에 2개 이상 갖는 폴리오가노실록산 100중량부, (B) 규소원자에 결합된 수소원자를 한 분자내에 3개 이상 갖는 폴리오가노하이드로겐실록산을 (A) 성분내의 1가 지방족 불포화 탄화수소기 1개에 대해 규소원자에 결합된 수소원자의 수가 0.5 내지 5개로 되도록 하는 양, (C) 백금계 촉매를 (A)에 대해 백금원자로 환산하여 1 내지 100중량ppm, (D) 미분말 실리카 20 내지 200중량부, (E) 아조 화합물 0.01 내지 1.0중량부, (F) 카본 블랙 0.5 내지 15중량부 및 (G) 하나 이상의 수산화세륨 또는 산화세륨 0.1 내지 2.0중량부를 함유하는 사출성형용 실리콘 고무 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
