Abstract

본 발명은(A)탄소원자에 대한 불소원자의 비 F/C가 0.5를 초과하고 1.0 미만인 불화 카본, 및 (B)열가소성 수지, 열경화성 수지 및 고무로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 함유하는 도전성 및 비점착성을 부여할 수 있는 조성물, 그 조성물을 이용한 페인트 전자 복사기용 조성물로 형성된 저항성층을 가지는 반전도성 롤러에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. (A)탄소원자에 대한 불소원자의 비 F/C가 0.5를 초과하고 1.0 미만인 불화 카본, 및 (B)열가소성 수지, 열경화성 수지 및 고무로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 함유하는 도전성 및 비점착성을 부여할 수 있는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, F/C비가 0.5를 초과하고 0.95 이하인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, F/C비가 0.5를 넘고 0.9 이하인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 배합 비율이, 중량비로(A)/(B)=1/99∼30/70인 조성물.
  5. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 카본 블랙을 불소가스에 의해 불화한 것인 조성물.
  6. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 카본 블랙을 200∼600℃에서 불소가스에 의해 불화한 것인 조성물.
  7. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 카본 블랙이 도전성 카본 블랙인 조성물.
  8. 제1,2,3,4,5,6 또는 7항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 열가소성 수지가, 불소수지, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리아미드이미드인 조성물.
  9. 제1,2,3,4,5,6 또는 7항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 열경화성 수지가 실리콘 수지인 조성물.
  10. 제1,2,3,4,5,6 또는 7항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 고무가, 실리콘 고무 또는 불소 고무인 조성물.
  11. 제1,2,3,4,5,6 또는 7항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 고무가, 스틸렌－부타디엔 고무, 폴리우레탄 고무, 니트릴 고무, 클로로플렌 고무 및 EDPM으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 조성물.
  12. 청구범위 1 내지 11항의 어느 한 항에 기재의 조성물과 액상 담체를 포함하는 도료 조성물.
  13. 도전성 지지체 상에 체적 고유 저항율이 105Ω㎝이하의 도전성 탄성체층과, 체적고유 저항율이 106∼1011Ω㎝의 범위에 있는 저항치를 적어도 순차 적층하여 이루어지고, 상기 저항층이 청구범위 제1 내지 11항의 어느 하나에 기재의 조성물로 구성되어 이루어진 도전성 및 비점착성 롤러.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 저항층이 최외층을 구성되는 롤러.
  15. 제13 또는 14항에 있어서, 저항층의 적층 고유 저항율 108∼1012Ω㎝인 롤러.
