Claims (5)

  1. 수지 및 전기 전도성 물질 및/또는 전기 반전도성 물질의 미세 입자를 함유하는 코우팅 조성물로서, 이로부터 가공제품 표면상에 형성되는 코우팅 필름이 하기의 방정식(1)로 표현되는 버리스터 특성을 나타내는 코우팅 조성물 :
    I=(V/V1)n(1)
    상기식에서, I는 전류 밀도(mA/cm2)이고; V1은 코우팅 필름에 적용된 전압이 증가할때 1mA의 전류가 흐르기 시작하는 전압이고; V는 적용된 전압이고; 및 n은 I와 V사이의 비-직선성을 나타내는 지수로서 1.5 또는 그이상이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 물질 및/또는 전기 반전도성 물질의 미세 입자를 함유하는 코우팅 조성물의 고체 함량 100중량부당 5-70중량부의 양으로 존재하는 코우팅 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 반전도성 물질이 이황화 몰리브덴인 코우팅 조성물.
  4. 표면 처리되거나 되지 않은 금속판 또는 금속 성형품상에 제1항의 코우팅 조성물을 0.5-20 미크론의 건조필름 두께로 적용시킨 다음 건조시키거나 실온 -300℃ 범위의 온도에서 베이킹시키는 것으로 구성되는 코우팅된 금속 제품의 생산 방법.
  5. 제1항의 코우팅 조성물을 사용하여 코우팅 필름을 형성시키고 상기 코우팅 필름을 전착 코우팅시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
