폴리프로필렌수지조성물 및 이 조성물을 사용해서 얻은 도장성형품의 제조방법

Claims (8)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 100중량부, 및 230℃에서 하중 2.16㎜/㎠의 조건하에서 측정한 멜트인덱스가 25g/10분이상의 수소첨가스틸렌-부타디엔 또는 스틸렌-이소프렌블록공중합체 에라스토머 20~100중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 전체중량기준에서 2~35중량%의 필터를 또 함유하는 것을 특징을 하는 수지조성물.
  3. 폴리프로필렌 100중량부, 및 230℃에서 하중 2.16㎝/㎠의 조건하에서 측정한 멜트인덱스가 25g/10분 이상의 수소첨가스틸렌-부타디엔 또는 스틸렌-이소프렌블록공중합체 에라스토머 20~100중량부로 이루어진 수지조성물을 성형하고, 그 성형품의 표면에 미리 표면처리를 행하지 않고 직접 도료를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 조성물의 전체중량기준에서 2~35중량%의 필터를 또 함유하는 수지조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 성형품의 표면에 프라이머층을 형성한 후 도료를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수소첨가스틸렌-부타디엔 또는 스틸렌-이소프렌블록공중합체에라스토머의 스틸렌함유량이 10~40wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌이 호모프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 호모폴리프로필렌이 일부 또는 전부 에틸렌-프로필렌블록공중합체로 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장성형품의 제조방법.
