Claims (12)

  1. 유리 또는 칼륨 브롬화물이 함유되지 않은 기판위에 아릴렌 단일-또는 공-중합체를 포함하는 피복 또는 캡슐층으로 구성된 피복 또는 캡슐화된 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아릴렌 단일-또는 공-중합체가 하기 구조식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
    상기에서, X가 존재하는 경우 잔류기 Ar 및 X는 중합체 고리를 따라 단위체별로 달라질 수 있으며, Ar은 2가 방향족 또는 치환된 방향족이고, X는 1이상의 중합가능한 공단량체의 잔류이고, n 및 m은 정수이고, n : m의 비는 1 : 0 내지 1 : 100이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Ar이 페닐렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, m이 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기판이 집적회로의 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 기판이 얇은층 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  7. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 기판이 금속, 도전성 또는 반도체 물질로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 기판이 백금, 구리, 니켈, 강철, 알루미늄, 규소, 이산화규소 또는 알루미늄으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  9. (A) 기판을 1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔의 적당한 단일-또는 공-중합체층으로 피복 또는 캡슐화하고, (B) 단계 A의 생성물을 적당히 처리하여 단일-또는 공-중합체를 아릴렌 단일-또는 공-중합체로 전환하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 피복 또는 캡슐화된 제품을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔의 적당한 단일-또는 공-중합체가 하기 구조식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    상기에서 X,n 및 m은 제2항에서 규정한 바와같고, 서로 같거나 다를 수 있는 R1은 수소, 아로일, 알카노일 또는 R2OCO (여기서 R2는 아로일 또는 탄소수 1-10의 알카노일임)이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, m, 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 단계 A가 회전공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
