Abstract

종래, 강력한 밀착력을 갖는 피복층을 형성할 수가 없었던 초경합금등의 금속표면에 밀착력이 견고하고 또 우수한 성상을 갖는 피복층을 형성하는 방전가공을 사용한 표면처리방법을 얻을 수 있다.
금속의 수소화합물 분말을 포함하는 분말을 성형한 것을 방전전극으로 사용해, 전극과 피가공물간에 탄소가 존재하는 액중에서 방전을 발생시켜 피가공물 표면에 피복층을 형성한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 금속의 수소화합물 분말을 포함하는 원료분말을 성형한 것을 방전전극으로 사용해서, 탄소가 존재하는 가공액중에서, 상기 전극과 피가공물간에 방전을 발생시켜, 상기 피가공물표면상에 상기 금속의 화합물을 포함하는 표면층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액중방전에 의한 표면처리방법.
