Claims (9)
- 탄소강내지 합금강중에 영율이 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질입자를 5-70체적%함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고열율재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소강 내지 합금강이 용제재로부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소강 내지 합금강이 분말제로 부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금강중에 영율이 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질입자를 함유하고 있는 분말을 사용하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 영율/밀도로서 표시되는 비탄성이 28×108mm2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
- 기재와 그 표면에 형성된 영율 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질피복층을 갖추며, 전기기재는 탄소강 내지 합금강중에 영율 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질입자를 5-70체적%함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기재가 용제재로부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.
- 제6항에 또는 제7항에 있어서, 기재가 탄소강 내지 합금강으로부터 되는 분말의 소결체로 부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.
- 제6항, 제7항, 제8항에 있어서, 기재가 탄소강 내지 합금강중에 전기 경질입자를 함유시킨 분말의 소결체로부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
