Claims (9)

  1. 탄소강내지 합금강중에 영율이 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질입자를 5-70체적%함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고열율재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소강 내지 합금강이 용제재로부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소강 내지 합금강이 분말제로 부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 합금강중에 영율이 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질입자를 함유하고 있는 분말을 사용하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 영율/밀도로서 표시되는 비탄성이 28×108mm2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고영율재료.
  6. 기재와 그 표면에 형성된 영율 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질피복층을 갖추며, 전기기재는 탄소강 내지 합금강중에 영율 24000Kgf/mm2이상의 경질입자를 5-70체적%함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기재가 용제재로부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.
  8. 제6항에 또는 제7항에 있어서, 기재가 탄소강 내지 합금강으로부터 되는 분말의 소결체로 부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.
  9. 제6항, 제7항, 제8항에 있어서, 기재가 탄소강 내지 합금강중에 전기 경질입자를 함유시킨 분말의 소결체로부터 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복공구부재.
