Claims (4)
- 하프늄(Hf)과 알루미늄(Al)의 탄화물, 질화물 및 탄질화물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 부재로 이루어지는 적어도 하나의 경질 피복층이 기재의 표면상에 제공되는, 내마모성이 우수한 표면피복 경질 부재.
- Hf와 Al합금의 탄화물, 질화물 및 탄질화물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 부재로 이루어지고, 0.5~10㎛의 두께를 갖는 경질피복층이 경질 부재로 이루어지는 기재의 표면상에 제공되는, 내마모성이 우수한 표면 피복된 경질부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재와 경질 피복층 사이에서, Hf 또는 Al의 탄화물, 질화물, 및 탄질화물로 이루어지는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 부재로 이루어지고 0.5~5㎛의 두께를 갖는 부착 강화층이 기재의 표면상에 직접 형성되는, 내마모성이 우수한 표면 피복 경질 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Hf 또는 Ti의 탄화물, 질화물 및 탄질화물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 부재로 이루어지고, 0.5~2㎛의 두께를 갖는 표면층의 경질 피복층의 표면상에 제공되는, 내마모성이 우수한 표면 피복 경질부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
