Claims (7)

  1. 경질상 형성성분으로서 Ti와 W의 복합금속탄질화물 10-50중량%, 마찬가지로 산화알미늄 0.25-5중량%, 나머지 결합상 형성성분으로서의 W 및 불가피불순물로 조성됨을 특징으로 한 인성과 내산화성에 우수한 W기 사멧트.
  2. 탄질화물을 약 25-45중량%와 산화알미늄 약 3-7중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 한 제1항 청구범위의 W기 사멧트.
  3. 산화알미늄 약 0.25-5중량%와 Y2O3약 0.25-5중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 한 제1항 청구범위의 W기 사멧트.
  4. 탄질화물 약 25-45중량%, 산화알미늄 약 2-3.5중량% 및 Y2O3약 0.25-5중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 한 제3항기재의 W기 사멧트.
  5. 절삭날이 알미늄의 산화물과 질산화물, 티나늄의 탄화물, 질화물 탄질화물 및 탄질산화물과 하프늄의 탄화물, 질화물, 탄질화물 및 탄질산화물로 조성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 최소한 하나 이상의 층으로 피복된 청구범위 1,2,3 또는 4에 기재된 W기사멧트로서 제조된 절삭공구의 브레이드멤버(Blade Member)
  6. 피복층의 두께가 약 0.5-20㎛이내의 범위인 청구범위 제5항 기재의 브레이드멤버.
