Claims (2)

  1. 초경합금을 모재로 하고, 이 모재표면에 접하는 내층이 Ti탄화물, 질화물, 탄질화물, 탄산질화물, 산질화물, 붕산질화물 및 붕탄산질화물의 1종 이상으로 이루어진 단층 및/또는 적층으로 이루어지며, 외층이 합계 막두께가 5∼20μm인 Al2O3막으로서, 이 Al2O3막속에는, Ti산화물이 고용 또는 30용량%이하의 Ti산화물이 공존해서 이루어지며, 상기 외층은, TiC, TiN, TiCN, TiCNO, TiCO, TiNO, Ti산화물, Ti(B, N), Ti(B, N,C), SiC, AlN, 및 AlON으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어지는, 두께가 0.01-2μm인 중간층에 의해 두께가 0.01-2μm인 다층으로 격리되어서 이루어지는 다중층 피복초경 합금.
  2. 초경합금을 모재로하고, 이 모재표면에 접하는 내층이, Ti탄화물, 질화물, 탄질화물, 탄산질화물, 산진화물, 붕산질화물 및 붕탄산질화물의 1종 이상으로 이루어진 단층 및/또는 적층으로 이루어지고, 외층이 합계막 두께가 5∼20μm인 A12O3막으로서, 이 Al22O3막속에는 Ti산화물이 고용 또는 30용량% 이하의 Ti산화물이 공존해서 이루어지며, 상기 외층은, TiC, TiN, TiCN, TiCNO, TiCO, TiNO, Ti산화물, Ti(B,N), Ti(B,N,C), SiC, A1C, 및 AlON으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 막두께가 0.01-2μm인 중간층에 의해 두께가 0.01∼2μm인 다층으로 격리되어서 이루어지고, 외층의 위에 최외층으로서, Ti,Zr,Hf질화물, BN 및 AlN으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을, 0.1∼5μm 두께로 피복해서 이루어지는 다중층 피복 초경합금.
