Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para aplicar un revestimiento de barrera térmica durable a un substrato metálico, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: a) proveer una superficie de substrato limpia; b) depositar un revestimiento de unión metálica que tiene una composición que consiste de 15 a 40 por ciento de Co, 10 por ciento a 40 por ciento de Cr, 6 a 15 por ciento de Al, de 0 a 2 por ciento de Hf, de 0 a 7 por ciento de Si, de 0.01 a 1.0 por ciento de Y, el resto esencialmente Ni, mediante deposición con plasma en aire a un espesor de aproximadamente 0.12 a 0.38 mm; c) depositar un revestimiento cerámico de óxido de zirconio estabilizado con 6 a 8 por ciento de óxido de itrio, mediante deposición con plasma en aire a un espesor de 0.25 a 0.38 ml.
