제1도는 본 발명의 표면피복블레이드부재에 관한 기체표면으로 부터의 깊이와 비커스경도 사이의 관계를 나타내는 그래프, 제2도는 비교블레이드부제를 나타내는 제1도와 유사한 그래프.
Claims (18)
- 결합상으로서, 코발트, 니켈, 철 및 알루미늄 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 5-30중량% 함유하고, 나머지가, 경질 분산상으로서, 티탄, 텅스텐 등의 금속과, 탄탈, 니오브, 바나듐, 지르코늄, 몰리브덴, 크롬 중 1종 또는 2종이상인 부가금속의 탄질화물 및 불가피불순물로 이루어지고, 표면으로부터의 깊이가 1㎜ 이하인 표면부와 표면으로부터의 깊이가 1㎜이상인 내부로 구성되며, 전기한 표면부의 경도가 전기한 내부의 경도보다 큰 서어멧기체와, 전기한 서어멧기체의 표면에 TiX(단, X는 탄소, 질소, 산소, 붕소중 1종 또는 2종이상) 및Al2O3중에서 선택되는 피복화합물로 형성된 1종의 단층 또는 2종 이상의 복수층을 피복하여 이루어진 평균두께 0.5-20㎛의 경질층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 결합상이 10-20중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 결합상이 코발트, 니켈 중 1종 또는 2종으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 결합상이 10-20중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 결합상의 형성성분이 0.5-3㎛의 두께로 전기한 기체의 표면위에 삼출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 기체의 표면부는 주위구조가 없이 코어구조만으로 이루어져 있는 경질분산상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 표면부의 최대비커스경도는 2000이상이고, 전기한 비커스경도는 2000미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최대경도를 보유하는 영역은, 기체표면과 깊이 100㎛ 사이의 부분에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 기체의 표면부는 전기한 경질층의 형성이전에 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층의 형성 이전에 연마되는 레이크면(rake surface)을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층의 형성 이전에 연마되는 플랭크를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층의 피복층은 TiC, TiN, TiCN, TiCN, TiCO, Al2O3중 1종 또는 2종이상의 화학적증착층인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층의 피복층은 TiC, TiN, TiCN 중 1종 또는 2종이상의 물리적증착층인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층은 복수의 전기한 피복층으로 구성되며, 전기한 기체에 인접하는 최하층은 티탄으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층은(Ti, Al)N피복층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층의 평균두께가 2-10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전기한 경질층의 평균두께가 2-10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면피복서어멧블레이드부재.
