Claims (1)

  1. 절상공구 또는 내마모성 공구의 모재표면에, M과 Al의 조성비가 보재와의 경계를 이루는 M에서 모재 반대쪽 외부표면의 MAl까지 단계적 또는 연속적으로 변화하는 M1-XAlX(M은 Ti, Zr또는 Hf 를 나타냄, 0≤x≤0.5)의 탄화물, 질화물 및 탄질화물로 이루어지는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 부재로 이루어지는 경질피복층을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구 또는 내마모성공구용 표면피복경질부재.
