Claims (1)

  1. 내부가 중량%로 경질분산상 형성 성분으로서 Ti와 W의 복합금속 탄질화물 Ti와 Nb와 W의 복합금속 탄질화물, Ti와 Ta와 W의 복합금속 탄질화물 및 Ti와 Nb Ta와 W의 복합금속 탄질화물중의 어느 1종 5-30%, 결합상 형성성분으로서 Co 4-10%를 함유하고 나머지가 동일한 경질 분산상 형성 성분으로서의 탄화 텅그스텐과 불가피 불순물로된 조성을 가지며 그리고 표면부에 5-30㎛의 깊이에 걸쳐 실질적으로 상기 복합금속 탄질화물을 함유하지 않는 Co부하층을 가지는 탄화텅스텐기 초경합금 기본체의 표면에 기본체로 부터의 W성분 또는 W와 Co성분을 확산 함유하는 탄화티탄으로 되는 평균층 두께 0.5-3㎛의 하지층과 탄질화 티탄 및 질화티탄중의 1종의 단층 또는 2종의 복층으로된 평균층 두께 0.5-3㎛의 확산방지층과, 탄화 티탄으로 되는 평균층 두께 2-5㎛의 내층과 탄산화티탄, 탄질화티탄 및 산화알미늄 중의 1종의 단층 또는 2종의 복층으로된 평균층 두께 0.3-3㎛의 외층과로 구성된 표면 경질층을 피복하여서된 표면 피복탄화 텅그스텐기 초경합금제 절삭공구.
