經濟部中央標牟局員工消費合作杜印製 五、發明説明(2 ) 需求性增高,因此,企求在半導電範圍內電阻率之變動小 ,具有安定電阻率之半導電輥。 本發明有鑑於上述之課題,故以提供在半導電範圍內 之電阻率變動極小,電阻率不受成形條件所影響,極爲安 定的半導電輥爲目的。 本發明人爲達成上述的目的,經過再三深入硏究的結 果,發現使用對1 Q 0重量份之在下述平均組成式(1 ) 所示之有機基聚矽氧烷中。

太紙故尺麿滴用Φ困固定拽進(CNS ) A4#核· f 710X 297公烙1 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A6 ______B6_______ 五、發明説明(1 ) 本發明係有關在半導電範圍(1 03〜1 Ο1。Ω) 內具有安定電阻率之半導電輥。 以往,在具有電絕緣性之橡膠狀物質中配合導電性材 料而成導電性橡膠係爲已知,例如配合有導電性材料之碳 黑等,電阻在1 0-1〜1 Ο2 Ω範圍的導電性橡膠係被 應用於極廣的範圍。另外,電絕緣性橡膠狀物質之一的聚 .矽氧橡膠,其耐熱性、耐寒性、耐候性優異,多被利用作 爲電絕緣性橡膠,惟當與其他橡膠同樣地添加導電性材料 時?亦可實際用爲導電性聚矽氧橡膠。 此時,在導電性聚矽氧橡膠中所添加的導電性材料, 例如有碳黑或石墨、銀、鎳、銅等各種金屬粉,在各種非 導電性粉體或短纖維表面上以銀等金屬所處理者,由碳纖 維、金屬纖維等混合所成者,由於不會損壞聚矽氧橡膠所 具有的特性,且藉由其導電性.材料的種類及塡充量,可使 聚矽氧橡膠之電阻率降低至1 01。〜1 Ο—3 Ω左右,係 經常被使用。 不過,在聚矽氧橡膠中配合肯秦(英譯)碳黑、乙炔 黑等導電性碳黑時,在1 03〜1 Ο1。Ω . cm之半導 電範圍內電阻率之離散性極大,會導致電阻率不安定的問 題。此係爲導致因成形條件造成的碳分散會顯著變化的原 .因0 近年來,由.於對於做爲0A機器之零件(尤其是乾式 影印機的帶電輥、影印輥、顯像輥、送紙輥、固定輥、加 壓輥、除電輥、清洗輥、塗油輥等橡膠輥)的半導電輥之 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS〉甲4規格(210 X 297公釐)-3 - (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再塡寫本頁) .丨裝· 訂. 太紙故尺麿滴用Φ困固定拽進(CNS ) A4#核· f 710X 297公烙1 Α6 Β6 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(3 ) RnSi0(4-n)/2 …(1) (其中,R係爲取代或不取代的烴基:n係H ^ 9 5〜 2 · 0 5之正數) (Β)對1 0 0重量份上述有機基聚矽氧烷而言,5〜 2 0 0重量份平均粒徑爲〇 . 1〜1 0 0 之球狀聚较 氧彈性體粒子,以及 (C )導電性材料 之聚矽氧橡膠組成物所成之半導體硬化物層。 .此時,上述聚矽氧橡膠組成物所使用的(A )成份之 二有機基聚矽氧烷係爲下述平均組成式(i)所示者。 RnS 1 °(4-n)/2 -(1) (其中,η係爲1· 9 5〜2. 0 5之正數) 上述式(1 )中R係表示取代或不取代的烴基,通常 其碳數爲1〜1 0,尤其是1〜8者較佳,具體而言,例 如甲基、乙基、丙基等烷基,環戊基、環己基等環烷基, 乙烯基、丙烯基等烯基、環烯基、苯基、甲苯基等芳香基 ,或此等基中之氫原子部份被氯原子、氰基等有機基所取 代的鹵化烴基、氰基化烴基等,惟一般尤其以使用該有機 基聚矽氧烷之主鏈係爲二甲基矽氧烷單位所成者或在該有 機基聚矽氧烷之主鏈上導入苯基、乙烯、3 ,3 ,3 —三 贏丙基等物最爲適宜。 而且,上述之二有機基聚矽氧烷的聚合物以1 0 0以 本紙張尺度通用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項存填窝本頁) 丨裝, 訂. —袭— ^ 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A6 ___B6_ 五、發明説明(4 ) ’ 上者較佳,若其聚合度小於1 〇 〇時,會降低硬化物之機 械强度,且成形加工性不佳。 其次,球狀聚矽氧彈性體粒子係使用平均粒徑爲 0. 1〜10 0/zm者,較佳者爲〇· 5〜4 0pm。平 均粒徑若小於0 . 1 # m時,在製造上會發生困難,同時 無法充分發揮其添加效果;若大於1 G 〇 A/m時,其硬化 物的機械强度會遭受破壞。 此時,球狀彈性體粒子若爲具有上述平均粒徑之有機 基聚矽氧烷時,對於其種類或等級,製造方法等沒有特別 的限制,使用適宜的化合物即可。具體而言,對於球狀聚 矽氧彈性體粒子雖沒有特別的限制,惟使用藉由以在 23 0〜3 0 0 °C之噴霧乾燥器中使硬化性有機基聚矽氧 烷組成物硬化,製得粒狀聚矽氧彈性體的方法(日本特開 昭5 9 — 9 6 1 2 2號公報),或以界面活性劑使硬化性 有機基聚矽氧烷組成物(例如由含有乙烯基之有機基聚矽 氧烷及有機基氫基聚矽氧烷所成的加成反應型有機基聚矽 氧烷組成物)在水中乳化而成乳化粒子粒徑爲2 0 a m以 下,且添加加成反應用鉑系觸媒,在噴霧乾燥劑或噴霧乾 燥終了爲止,使該乳化粒子中所含有的有機基聚矽氧烷硬 化的方法(日本特開昭6 2 — 2 5 7 9 3 9號公報)等方 法所製得者,尤其是使用以界面活性劑來使含有乙烯基之 有機基聚矽氧烷及有機基氫基聚矽氧烷乳化,且藉.由舶系 觸媒予以加成反應、硬化而製得者較佳。而且,該彈性體 粒子可使用表面經預先或於製造途中以矽烷、矽氧烷等所 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) i裝, 訂· 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4规格(210 X 297公釐) 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A6 _ B6 _ 五、發明説明(5 ) 處理者。 球狀聚矽氧彈性體粒子的使用量,對1 Q 〇份(重量 份,以下皆稱爲份)上述式(I )所示之二有機基聚矽氧 烷而言,球狀聚矽氧彈性體粒子爲5〜2 0 0份,尤其以 1 0〜1 5 0份較隹。球狀聚矽氧彈性體粒子的配合量若 較上述之比例爲小時,無法發揮其添加效果,而若大於上 述之比例時,其硬化物之機械强度會被降低。 其次,導電性材料亦可以使用1種或2種以上選自導 電性碳黑、導電性氧化鋅、導電性氧化鈦者。 此時,導電性碳黑例如有乙炔黑、導電性爐黑(C F )、超級導電性爐黑(S C F )、超高級導電性爐黑( XCF)、導電性槽法碳黑(CC),以1 5 0 0 °C左右 的高溫所處理的爐黑或槽法碳黑等。具體而言,乙炔黑例 如電化乙炔黑(電氣化學公司製)、歇尼肯(chanegan, 音譯)乙炔黑(歇尼肯化學公司製)等;導電性爐黑例如 有康吉奈克斯CF ( continex ,音譯)(康吉奈塔爾碳 公司製),巴爾肯C( Barcan,音譯)(考波( .kj a bo tt )公司製)等;超級導電性爐黑例如有康吉奈克 斯SCF (康吉奈塔爾碳公司製).、巴爾肯SC (考波公 司製)等·;超高級導電性爐黑例如有旭HS — 5 0 0 (旭 碳公司製)、巴爾肯XC—72 (考波公司製)等:導電 性槽法碳黑例如有考拉克斯L( colux ,音譯)(迪古 沙(Degusa ,音譯)公司製)等。此外,爐黑之一種的 肯秦(英譯)碳黑EC及肯秦(英譯)碳黑EC — 6 0 0 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公釐).η _ (諳先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) .丨裝- 、1Τ. §' A6 B6 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明説明(6 ) J D (肯秦(英譯)碳黑國際公司製)亦可使用。而且, 由於此等之中乙炔黑含有少量的雜質,具有發達的二次構 造,故具優異導電性,係特別適用於本發明。此外,以使 用由於其卓越的比表面積,具有低塡充量、優異導電性的 肯秦(英譯)碳黑EC、EC — 6 0 0 J D等較佳。 上述導電性碳黑之添加量,對100份上述之二有機 基聚矽氧烷而言爲1〜5. 〇份,尤其以5〜2 0份較佳。 添加量若小於1 0 0份時,無.法得到所企求的導電性:而 若超過5 0份時,所製得的材料之電阻可能在1 〇2 Ω以 下,而無法達到目的之半導電範圍內。 此外,導電性氧化鋅,具體而言適於使用本莊化學公 司製之導鼋性氧化鋅,藉由添加5 0〜3 0 0份(尤其是 8 0〜200份),可製得105〜l〇10n.cm之 電阻。添加量若低於5 G份,無法得到導電性;而若超過 3 0 0份時,其力學特性將會顯著惡化,因此添加量以 1 0 0、2 5 0份較佳。 而且,白色導電性氧化鈦,係例如有ΕΤ— 5 0 0W (石原產業有限公司製)。此時,基本組成以在T i 〇2 、Sn〇2上塗佈有S‘b者較佳。此外,其添加量與導電 性氧化鋅之添加量相同。 爲了硬化上述之聚矽氧橡膠時所使用的硬化劑,通常 使用在導電性聚矽氧橡膠硫化時利用游離基反應、加成反 應、縮合反應等予以硫化、硬化者,對於其硬化機構沒有 限制,可以使用習知之各種硬化劑。例如,式(1 )·之有 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 29?公黎)_ g - (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁} i裝| 訂. 經濟部中央標準局負工消費合作社印製 A6 B6_ 五、發明説明(7 ) 機基聚矽氧焼含有烯基時,有二-第三一丁基過氧化物、 2,5 ―’二甲基—2,5. —二(第三一丁基過氧基)己烷 等烷基過氧化物,二枯烯基過氧化物等芳烷基過氧化物等 有機過氧化物。加成反應硬化劑例如一分子中至少含有2 個以上鍵結於矽原子之氫原子的有機基氫基聚矽氧烷及鉑 系觸媒。此外,若式(1)之有機基聚矽氧烷含有羥基時 ,作爲縮合硬化劑者可使用多官能之烷氧基矽烷或矽氧烷 及有機金屬酸鹽等。而且,硬化劑的添加量亦可與一般的 導電性聚矽氧橡膠相同。 上述之聚矽氧橡膠組成物,視其所需亦可以添加混合 矽氫膠(含水矽膠)、矽氣凝膠(無水矽酸-煙霧質矽石 )等補强性矽塡充劑、陶土、碳酸鈣、矽藻土、二氧化鈦 等塡充劑,低分子矽氧烷酯、矽烷醇例如二苯基矽烷二醇 等分散劑,氧化鐵、氧化鋪、辛酸鐵等耐熱性提高劑,爲 了提高粘著性或成形加工性之各種碳操作子(carbon f u n c t i q n )矽烷,可賦予難燃性之鉑化合物等。 本發明之半導電輥,係在芯線上形成上述聚矽氧橡膠 組成物之半導電性硬化物層(聚矽氧橡膠層)者,此時視 芯線的材質、尺寸大小等輥的種類而定,適當地予以選擇 而得。而且,聚矽氧橡膠組成物之成形,硬化法亦可以適 當地選擇而得,例如可藉由加壓成形,移送成形、押出成 形、射出成形、壓延成形等予以成形;硬化法可視硬化劑 的種類予以選擇。 此外,該半導電性硬化物層(聚矽氧橡膠層),其表 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公釐)-Q - (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -丨装· 訂· S8i27i 五、發明説明(9 ) 與圖1所示寬7mm之電極3接觸,所測得電極3及輥芯 線2間之電阻,評估測定部份爲在對軸方向2 0點的位置 之離散性。此時,測定電壓爲1 〇 0V,測定機器4係使 用阿得邦(adoban ,音譯)公司製試驗數字超髙電阻計 R 8 3 4 0 ° 〔實例4、5,比較例2.〕 除以表1所示之比例添加導電性氧化鋅(本莊化學( 股)製)或白色導電性氧化鈦ET — 5 0 〇W (石原產業 (股)製)取代乙炔黑外,其餘與實例1相同,評估其特 性。 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) —裝, 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公釐)- 1 2 8 3
