충전부재 및 그것을 사용하는 전자사진 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1A도 및 1B도는 본 발명에 의한 충전부재의 구체예의, 충전부재의 축방향에 대한 각각 횡 및 종방향 약시 단면도이고,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 전자사진장치를 프린터로 사용하는 팩시밀기계를 보여주는 블로도이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 탄성중합물질 및 거기에 함입된 복산화물로된 탄성중합부재로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 기체(substrate)와 그 위에 배치된 탄성중합부재로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복산화물은, 산화아연과 산화 알루미늄으로된 고용화합물, 산화주석과 산화 안티몬으로된 고용화합물 및 산화인듐과 산화 주석으로된 고용 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 일종인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 중합부재는 탄성중합부재의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5내지 40중량%의 복산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합부재는 다시 보강제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 보강제가 카본블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합부재가 추가로 절연유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합부재가 복산화물, 탄성중합부재의 중량을 기준으로 0.1내지 20중량％의 카본블랙 및 5내지 20중량％의 절연유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 복산화물은 산화아연과 산화알루미늄으로된 고용화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 충전부재.
  10. 전사진 감광부재와 이 감광부재의 표면과 접촉되어 배치된 충전부재로 구성되어 있으며, 충전부재는 탄성중합물질과 그안에 합입된 복산화물로된 탄성중합부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 충전부재는 감광부재 표면위에 형성되는 토너상이 충전부재에 의해 전사재료에 전사될 수 있도록하는 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 충전부재는 감광부재에 의해 균일하게 충전될 수 있게하는 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 복산화물은 산화아연과 산화알루미늄으로된 고용화합물, 산화주석과 산화안티몬으로된 고용화합물 및 산화인듐과 산화 주석으로된 고용화합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 적어도 일종인 것을 특징을 하는 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 탄성중합부재는 복산화물, 탄성중합부재의 기준으로 0.1내지 20중량％의 카본블랙 및 5내지 20중량％의 절연유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 복산화물은 산화아연과 산화 알미늄으로된 고용화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 전자사진 장치, 및 원격 터미널로 부터 상정보를 수신하기 위한 수신장치로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 전자사진 장치는 전자사진 감광부재, 및 탄성중합 물질과 거기에 혼입된 복산화물로된 탄성 중합부재로 되어 있고 감광부재의 표면과 접촉배치된 충전부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팩시밀.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 복산화물은 산화아연과 산화알루미늄으로된 고용화합물, 산화주석과 산화 안티몬으로된 고용화합물, 및 산화인듐과 산화주석으로된 고용화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 일종인 것을 특징으로 하는 팩시밀.
