Abstract
차량 구동용의 전동모터와 발전용의 내연엔진을 가지는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법에 있어서, 촉매의 활성화가 종료하면 작은 스로틀 밸브 개도로 엔진이 아이들링운전되어, 그후 수온계 출력이 소정값에 도달하여 아이들리운전이 종료하면 큰 스로틀 밸브 개도로 발전을 위해 엔진운전이 행해지며, 이결과 하이브리드 차의 배기가스 특성이 향상되고 차량의 항속거리의 증대 및 동력 성능의 향상이 도모되며, 시동키이가 조작되어 차량이 작동 정지한 때에 밧데리 측전량이 소정 측정량을 하회하고 있다고 판별되면 경보 램프를 점등하여 엔진운전의 실행을 고지한후, 소정 밧데리 축전량에 도달할때 까지 혹은 엔진운전 개시시점으로부터 소정 시간이 경과할때 까지 엔진 운전이 행해져 밧데리 충전이 확실하게 실해되며, 이로인해 차량 주행 개시를 위해 밧데리 축전량을 확보함과 동시에 차량의 향속거리의 증대 및 동력성능의 향상을 도모한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예 의한 발전용 내연엔진 운전 방법에 적용되는 하이브리드 차의 요부 개략도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 제어기에 의해 실행되는 차량 구동용의 전동모터, 발전용의 내연엔진 및 촉매가열 히터의 작동 제어의 메인 루틴의 흐름도, 제3도는 제2도에 도시된 주행 제어 서부루틴을 상세하게 나타낸 흐름도.
Claims (8)
- 차랑 구동용의 전동모터와, 상기 전동모터에 전력을 공급하기 위한 밧데리와, 상기 밧데리를 궁전하기 위한 발전기와. 상기 전동모터로부터 구동적으로 이격되어 상기 발전기를 구동하기 위힌 내연엔진과. 상기 내연엔진의 시동 장치와, 배기가스 정화 장치를 구비하는 하이브리드 차의 운전 방법에 있어서, 상기 내연엔진의 구동의 필요 여부를 제어기에 의해 판별하는 단계와, 상기 배기가스 정화 장치의 배기 정화용 촉매의 온도를 촉매온도 검출 장치에 의해 검출하는 단계와, 상기 검출건 촉매온도가 소정값보다도 낮은가의 여부를 판별하는 단계를 구비하고. 상기 엔진 구동요구가 있다고 판별됨과 동시에 상기 촉매 온도가 상기 소정값 보사도 낮다고 간별된매에, 상기 제어기의 제어하에서. 상기 내연엔진을 상기 상태로 하는 단계와. 상기 촉매를 가열하기 위해 가열식 히터로 통전하여 이 히터틀 가열하는 단계와. 상기 촉매온도가 상기 소정값 보다도 높게 된때에 상기 내연엔진을 상기 엔진 시동 장치에 의해 시동하는 단계를 순차 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법.
- 차량 구동용의 전동모터와, 상기 전동모터에 전력을 공급하기 위한 차량 주행용 밧데리와, 상기 차량 주행용 밧데리를 충전하기 위한 발전기와, 상기 전동 모터로부터 구동적으로 이격되어 상기 발전기를 구동하기 위한 내연엔진과. 상기 내연엔진의 시동장치와, 배기가스 정화 장치를 구비하는 하이브리드 차의 운전 방법에 있어서. 상기 내연엔진의 구동의 필요 여부를 제어기에 이해 판별하는 단계와, 상기 배기가스 정화 장치의 배기 정화용 촉매의 온도를 촉매 온도 검출 장치에 검출하는 단계와, 상기 검출된 촉매온도가 소정값 보다도 낮은가의 여부를 판별하는 단계를 구비하고, 상기 엔진 구동용구가 있다고 판별됨과 동시에 상기 촉매 온도가 상기 소정값 보다도 낮다고 판별된때에, 상기 제어기의 제어하에서, 상기 내연엔진을 정지 상태로 하는 단계와, 상기 촉매를 가열하기 위해 전열식 히터로 히터용 밧데리로부터 전력을 공급하여 이 히터를 가열하는 단게와, 상기 촉매 온도 가 상기 소정값보다도 높게 된때에 내연엔진을 상기 엔진 시동 장치에 의해 시동하는 단계를 수차 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 내연엔진의 아이들링이 종료했는가의 이부를 판별하는 단계도 구리하고, 상기 내연진의 아이들링이 완료힌다고 판별된때에 상기 발전기를 거쳐서 상기 내연엔진에 의해 발전을 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내연엔진의 연소 소리랑이 적게되도_7-한 운전 상태7_상기 네연엔진을 운전하구 것을 특징으로 하는 하이트리드 차의 운전방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밧데리 충전량을 검출하는 단계도 구비하고, 차량의 정지시에 상기 밧데리 충전량이 소정 값보다도 낮은 때에 상기 제어기의 제어하에서 밧데리 충전을 위해 상기 내연엔진에 의해 발전을 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법
- 제5항에 있어서, 차량의 정지후 상기 밧데리 충전량이 상기 소정값을 초과할때 까지 밧데리 충전을 위해 상기 내연엔진에 의해 발전을 게속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 차량의 정지후 소정시간에 밧데리 충전을 위해 상기 내얼엔진에 의해 밭전을 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 차량의 정지후 밧데리 충전을 위해 상기 내연엔진에 의해 발전이 계속하고 있는 사이에 상기 내연엔진의 구동을 상기 제어기의 제어하에서 고지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차의 운전방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
