Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の制御装置は、停車中の車両1の走行開始前に内燃機関2を始動させる場合、補機用バッテリ22のバッテリ電圧が所定値以上の場合は、グロープラグ5に通電して燃料を加熱する燃料加熱処理を実施してから内燃機関2を始動させ、補機用バッテリ22のバッテリ電圧が所定値未満の場合は、メインバッテリ21を使用して補機用バッテリ22を充電する充電処理を実施してから燃料加熱処理を実施し、その後に内燃機関2を始動させる。

Claims (5)
- 内燃機関と、
走行用動力源となり得る電動機と、
前記電動機と電気的に接続されたメインバッテリと、
前記内燃機関で使用される燃料を加熱可能な燃料加熱手段と、
前記メインバッテリによって充電可能であり、かつ前記燃料加熱手段に電力を供給可能な補機用バッテリと、
を備えたハイブリッド車両に適用される制御装置であって、
前記燃料を前記燃料加熱手段にて加熱する燃料加熱処理を実施する加熱制御手段と、
前記メインバッテリを使用して前記補機用バッテリを充電する充電処理を実施する充電制御手段と、
停車中の前記車両の走行開始前に前記燃料の加熱が必要となる始動条件が成立した状態で前記内燃機関を始動する場合において、前記補機用バッテリのバッテリ電圧が所定値以上の場合は前記燃料加熱処理を開始させた後に前記内燃機関を始動させるとともに、前記補機用バッテリの前記バッテリ電圧が前記所定値未満の場合は前記充電処理を開始させた後に前記燃料加熱処理を開始させ、前記燃料加熱処理の開始後に前記内燃機関を始動させる始動制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記始動制御手段は、停車中の前記車両の走行開始前に行われる所定操作を検出することを条件として、前記内燃機関を始動する前に前記燃料加熱処理及び前記充電処理を開始させる請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、アルコールを含有する燃料を使用して運転可能に構成され、
前記燃料のアルコール濃度と、前記車両の環境温度とに基づいて前記始動条件の成否を判定する判定手段を更に備える請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。
2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記所定値は、前記燃料のアルコール濃度が高いほど大きくなる関係及び前記車両の環境温度が低いほど大きくなる関係の少なくとも一方の関係が成立するように設定される請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 前記始動制御手段は、前記バッテリ電圧が前記所定値よりも大きな終了判定値を超えた場合に前記充電処理を終了させ、
前記終了判定値は、前記燃料のアルコール濃度が高いほど大きくなる関係及び前記車両の環境温度が低いほど大きくなる関係の少なくとも一方の関係が成立するように設定される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
