Description
図1はこの発明の一実施の形態による内燃機関の始動制御装置の主要部の機能構成を示すブロック図である。図2は図1の内燃機関の始動制御装置を含む内燃機関の制御システム全体を示す構成図である。なお、一般的にエンジンには、複数のシリンダ2が設けられているが、図2では、そのうちの1つのシリンダ2について説明する。
なお、図4、図5の始動時燃料噴出量Ptにおいて、始動時の傾斜部分が燃料温度(気化状態)に応じた始動時の適切な噴射量を示し、図5のハッチング部分が再始動時補正係数Prによる燃料噴射量の低減部分を示している。
Pt=Pc(Tw)*Pa(Da)*Pk(Tf、Tw、Da)*Pr(Pt、Tf,Tw)
となる(例えばPc(Tw)はTwに応じて定まるPcを意味し、*は乗算又は加算の所定の演算を示す)。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関に供給する燃料を加熱するヒータと、
冷却水温が内燃機関始動可能水温値未満の時に前記ヒータに予め設定されたヒータON継続時間の間通電して燃料を加熱する燃料加熱制御手段と、
前記燃料加熱制御手段による燃料加熱終了後の燃料温度、アルコール濃度及び冷却水温に応じて前記内燃機関の始動時燃料噴射量を設定する始動時燃料設定手段と、
を備え、
前記始動時燃料設定手段が、冷却水温が低い程多くなる基本噴射量に、アルコール濃度が含まれないときを1とし、アルコール濃度が増加する程増加するアルコール補正係数と、燃料加熱が実行されていないときを1とし、燃料温度が低い程及び冷却水温が低い程及びアルコール濃度が高い程大きくなる加熱燃料温度補正係数と、を乗算して前記始動時燃料噴射量を設定することを特徴とする内燃機関の始動制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の再始動時に、前回始動時の始動時燃料噴射量、再始動時の燃料加熱終了後の燃料温度、及び再始動時の冷却水温に応じて始動時燃料噴射量を減量するよう再始動時補正係数を設定する再始動時燃料補正手段をさらに備え、
前記再始動時燃料補正手段が、再始動時補正係数を0よりも大きく1以下の値となるよう、且つ前回始動時の始動時燃料噴射量が多い程、燃料温度が高い程、冷却水温が高い程小さくなるように設定し、
前記始動時燃料設定手段が、前記内燃機関の再始動時に、前記再始動時補正係数を乗算して前記始動時燃料噴射量を減量して設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の始動制御装置。 - 前記燃料加熱制御手段が、アルコール濃度に応じて内燃機関始動可能水温値を設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の始動制御装置。
- 前記燃料加熱制御手段が、冷却水温及びアルコール濃度に応じた前記ヒータON継続時間の間、前記ヒータに通電することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の始動制御装置。
