Abstract

본 발명은 우수한 자기특성과 내청성을 구비하며, 종래의 흑화처리 공정을 필요로 하지 않는 내부 차폐용 소재 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 또다른 목적은 강판 통과가 도금 공정에서 유연해지는 방법과 니켈 도금된 강판이 풀림 공정에서 점착이 방지되는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 0.2∼2.0㎛ Ra의 표면 조도를 갖는 염기 강판, 그의 일면 또는 양면에 제공된 니켈-철 확산층, 니켈-철 확산층 상에 0.1∼5.O㎛의 두께를 갖는 니켈층을 구비한 내부 차폐용 소재.
  2. 표면 조도를 0.2∼2.0㎛ Ra로 헝성하기 위해 알루미늄킬드 냉각 압연 강판을 냉각 압연하는 공정, 상기 강판의 일면 또는 양면에 두게 0.1∼5.0㎛의 두께를 갖는 니켈층을 도포시키는 공정, 상기 표면 처리된 강판을 풀림 하는 공정을 구비한 내부 차폐용 소재 제조방법.
  3. 알루미늄 킬드 핫 밴드 강판을 냉각 압연하는 공정, 상기 알루미늄 킬드 냉각 압연 강판을 550∼680℃로 풀림 하는 공정, 풀림된 냉각 압연 강판을 0.2-2.0㎛ Ra의 표면 조도로 다시 냉각 압연하는 공정, 냉간 압연 강판의 일면 또는 양면에 두께 0.1∼5.0㎛의 두게의 니켈층을 도포시키는 공정, 그리고 상기 표면 처리된 냉각압연 강판을 재 풀림하는 공정을 구비한 내부 차폐용 소재 제조방법.
