Abstract
본 발명은 박테리아의 배양이 급격한 성장단계 후, 자양 배지에 제공되는 균주의 구조 및 다른 필수 보충물의 양을 기준으로 할 때, 물질대사할 수 있는 양보다 적은 양의 이용가능한 동화할 수 있는 탄소 공급원이 세균 배양에 사용됨을 특징으로 하여, 1개 이상의 아미노산을 생성하는 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)속 또는 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium)속의 균주를 자양 배지에서 배양하고 아미노산(들)을 발효의 마지막에 배양액으로부터 분리시키는, 발효에 의한 아미노산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 급격한 성장단계 후, 자양 배지에 제공되는 균주의 구조 및 다른 필수 보충물의 양을 기준으로 할 때, 물질대사할 수 있는 양보다 적은 양의 이용가능한 동화할 수 있는 탄소 공급원이 세균 배양에 사용됨을 특징으로 하여, 1개 이상의 아미노산을 생성하는 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)속 또는 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium)속의 균주를 자양 배지에서 배양하고 아미노산(들)을 발효의 마지막에 배양액으로부터 분리시키는, 발효에 의한 아미노산의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 급격한 성장단계 후, 탄소 공급원의 농도가 0 내지 3g/1 미만임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 영양 요구성 박테리아의 균주를 사용하고, 몇몇 경우 다수의 균주 영양 요구변이주에 기인하여 첨가되는 1개 이상의 유기 화합물이 급격한 성장단계 후, 0 내지 0.1g/1의 농도로 제한됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, L-리신 및/또는 L-트레오닌을 생성하는 균주가 사용되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum)의 류신-영양 요구성 균주가 사용되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
