Abstract

L-라이신 생산균주인 코리네박테리움 글루타미컴(Corynebacterium glutamicum) KFCC10672에 포도당(glucose)의 유도체인 2-데옥시글루코스에 내성을 부여한 돌연변이체를 획득하였다. 이러한 라이신생산 돌연변이주를 사용하여 당소모속도를 증가시킴으로써 L-라이신생산성을 획기적으로 증대시킬 수 있었으며 당밀을 탄소원으로 한 발효배지에서도 그 생산성이 상당히 증가하였다.

  1. 2-데옥시글루코스 또는 글루코스유도체에 내성을 가지는 L-라이신생산 코리네박테리움글루타미컴 DG16(코리네박테리움 글루타미컴 KFCC10792).
  2. 제 1 항에 따른 미생물에 의해 통상의 발효배지에서 L-라이신을 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-라이신 제조법.
