Claims (18)

  1. 제1플라스틱 물질로부터 소정의 형상으로 형성된 중공부재(11)와, 상기 중공부재(11)의 외부둘레표면 상의 소정위치에 마련되고, 소정의 두께를 가짐과 동시에 상기 제2플라스틱 물질로 부터 형성되는, 적어도 1개의 스페이서 부재(13) 및 상기 스페이서 부재(13)를 마련하는 것을 제외한 상기 중공부재(11)의 상기 외부 둘레표면상에 일체로 형성된 외부층(12)과로 구성되는 다층 플라스틱 관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공부재(11)는, 블로우 성형에 의하여 형성되는 다층 플라스틱 관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부층(12)은, 일체로 형성된 플랜지부를 포함하는 다층 플라스틱 관.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부층(12)은, 상기 스페이서 부재(13)의 두께와 거의 동일한 두께를 가지는 다층 플라스틱 관.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3플라스틱 물질은 상기 제1플라스틱 물질과 강화물질의 혼합물인 다층 플라스틱 관.
  6. 원하는 형상을 갖는 중공플라스틱 코어(11)를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 중공플라스틱 코어(11)의 외부 둘레표면과 상기 캐비티의 벽표면 사이에 끼워진 적어도 1개의 스페이서 부재(13)로 상기 중공플라스틱 코어(11)를 금형 캐비티에 위치시키는 공정과, 상기 캐비티 내에 용융 플라스틱 물질을 공급하는 공정 및 상기 스페이서 부재(13)와 함께, 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)의 외부 둘레표면상에 상기 플라스틱 물질로 부터 외부층(11)을 일체로 형성하도록 상기 캐비티 안쪽의 상기 용융 플라스틱 물질에 압축력을 인가하는 공정으로 구성되는 다층 플라스틱관의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서 부재(13)는, 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)와 일체로 형성되어 있는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중공 플라스틱 물질은, 블로우 성형에 의하여 제1플라스틱 물질로 부터 형성되는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서 부재(13)는, 상기 금형 캐비티를 형성하는 금형이 완전한 결합상태에서 설정될때, 소정의 값으로, 상기 금형 캐비티의 벽표면과 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)의 외부 둘레표면 사이의 거리를 설정하는 두께를 가지는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중공플라스틱 코어(11)는, 미리 제거 가능한 충전물로 충전되어 있고, 상기 충전물은, 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)상에 상기 외부층(12)을 형성한 후 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)로 부터 제거되는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 충전물은, 모래와 같은 입자를 포함하는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중공플라스틱 코어(11)의 내부 공간은, 상기 외부층(12)을 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11) 상에 형성할 때 소정의 고압 상태로 유지되는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  13. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서 부재(13)는, 상기 용융 플라스틱 물질을 상기 캐비티 내로 공급할때 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)에 인가되는 외부힘을 대향하도록 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)상의 위치에 설치되는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 다수개의 상기 스페이서 부재(13)는, 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)의 가로 방향축의 위치로 이동되는 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)상에 배치되는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  15. 제6항에 있어서, 다수개의 상기 스페이서 부재(13)는, 원주방향으로 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)상에 배치되는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  16. 소정의 형상을 갖는 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)를 형성하고 상기 다수개의 금형 세그먼트에 의해 형성된 캐비티 안쪽 위치에 위치된 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)로, 2개의 이웃하는 금형 세그먼트 사이에 존재하는 소정의 갭이 있는 반 결합상태로 다수개의 금형세그먼트를 가져오고, 상기 캐비티내에 용융 플라스틱 물질을 공급하고, 최종 결합상태로 상기 다수개의 금형 세그먼트를 가져와서 상기 플라스틱 물질로 부터 상기 중공 플라스틱 코어(11)의 외부 표면상에 외부층(12)을 일체로 형성하는, 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 금형 세그먼트는, 이들 각각의 결합면 상에 한쌍의 제1금형 홈(15a) 및 제2금형홈(16a)이 형성된 한쌍의 제1절반금형(15) 및 제2절반 금형(16)을 포함하며, 상기 제1금형홈(15a)과 제2금형홈(16a)은 상기 제1절반금형(15) 및 제2절반금형(16)이 결합상태로 되었을 때, 상기 금형 캐비티를 형성하는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1절반금형(15)은 상기 제1금형 홈(15a)의 대향면을 따라서 상기 한쌍의 돌출부를 수납하기 위한 한쌍의 수납부가 형성되어 있으며, 이에 의하여 상기 제1절반금형(15) 및 제2절반금형(16)이, 상기 반결합상태로 설정되었을 때, 상기 한쌍의 돌출부는 한쌍의 수납부에 부분적으로 수납되어, 상기 각 돌출부와 그 결합된 수납부의 틈사이의 틈을 통하여 공기를 통과가능하지만, 상기 용융 플라스틱 물질은 상기 틈을 통하여 통과되는 것을 거의 방지하는 다층 플라스틱 관의 제조방법.
