Claims (11)
- 각각 반복 폴리페닐렌 에테르 유니트를 함유하는 다수의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 쇄를 포함하는 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지로서, 상기 다수의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 쇄가 전체적으로 하기 일반식(a)의 6-크로만 말단기를 수지중 페닐렌 에테르 유니트 100개당 6-크로만 말단기의 수로 환산하여 적어도 0.01개 함유하고, 수지의 수평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 100,000의 범위내인 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지.식중, R1~R5각각은 독립적으로 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환 알킬기, 할로겐원자, 아릴기 또는 치환 아릴기이며, R6~R9각각은 독립적으로 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환알킬기, 알케닐기, 치환 알케닐기, 할로겐원자, 아릴기, 치환 아릴기, 알콕시기, N-락탐기, 카르복실산, 아미드기, 카르복실산기, 카르복실산 무수물기, 카르복실산 에스테르기, 니트릴기, 아실기 또는 아실옥시기이고, 단, R6, R7, R8및 R9각각은 독립적으로 유리 말단을 갖거나, R6과 R7, 및 R8과 R9는 독립적으로 결합하여 환을 형성한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 6-크로만 말단기 (a)의 수가 페닐렌 에테르 유니트 100개당 평균 0.15개 이상인 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 6-크로만 말단기의 수가 페닐렌 에테르 유니트 100개 당 평균 0.2개 이상인 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, R6~R9치환체 중 2 또는 3개의 치환체 각각이 수소원자인 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, R6~R9치환체 중 2 또는 3개의 치환체 각각이 수소원자이고, 나머지 치환체 각각이 독립적으로 아릴기, 치환 아릴기, 카르복실산기, 카르복실산 무수물기, 카르복실산 에스테르기, 카르복실산 아미노기, 니트릴기 및 N-락탐기로부터 선택되는 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서, R6~R9치환체중 3개의 치환체 각각이 수소원자이고, 나머지 치환체가 페닐기, 알킬-치환 페닐기, 할로게노페닐기, 피리딜기, 트리아질기, 카르복실산 에스테르가 또는 카르복실산 아미드기인 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페닐렌 에테르 유니트의 90~100%가 하기 일반식 (b)의 페닐렌 에테르 유니트인 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지.식중, R1은 메틸기이고, R2~R5각각은 수소원자이다.
- 하기 일반식 (c)의 말단기를 갖는 페닐렌 에테르 중합체와 하기 일반식 (d)의 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 화합물을 라디칼 중합 개시제의 부재중에서 페닐렌 에테르 중합체의 유리전이 온도이상의 온도에서 가열함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지의 제조방법.식중, R1~R5각각은 독립적으로 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환알킬기, 할로겐 원자, 아릴기 또는 치환 아릴기이며, R10및 R11각각은 독립적으로 수소원자, 알킬기 또는 치환 알킬기이고, 단 R10및 R11은 동시에 수소원자이지 않으며, R6~R9각각은 독립적으로 수소원자, 알킬기, 치환 알킬기, 알케닐기, 치환 알케닐기, 할로겐원자, 아릴기, 치환 아릴기, 알콕시기, N-락탐기, 카르복실산 아미드기, 카르복실산기, 카르복실산 무수물기, 카르복실산 에스테르기, 니트릴기, 아실기 또는 아실옥시기이다.
- 제1항에 따른 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지 1 내지 99중량% 및 폴리스티렌 수지 1 내지 99중량%를 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름인 폴리페닐렌 에테로 수지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 필름인 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
