Claims (8)

  1. 다음(A) 내지 (E)의 성분들을 필수성분으로 함유하는 열가소성 성형조성물:
    A) 5 내지 95중량%의 나일론
    B) 5 내지 95중량%의 다음(b1) 내지(b5)로부터 제조된 변성된 폴리페닐렌에테르:
    (b1) 4.95 내지 99.95중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르
    (b2) 0 내지 90중량%의 방향족 비닐중합체
    (b3) 0.05 내지 10중량%의 다음(b31) 내지(b35)로 구성되는 기로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물
    (b31) 푸마르산
    (b32) 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 말레이미드:
    (상기에서 R1,R2및 R3는 각각 수소, 1 내지 12 탄소원자수의 알킬렌, 아릴렌, 아릴, 알케닐, 시클로알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬임)
    (b33) 중합될수 있는 이중결합을 갖는 아미노기함유 단량체
    (b34) 중합될수 있는 이중결합을 갖는 락탐기함유 단량체
    (b35)α,β- 불포화된 카르복실산의 모노아미드 또는 모노에스테르
    (b4) 0 내지 80중량%의 더활성의 그라프트 단량체 및
    (b5) O 내지 20중량%의 유리기 출발물질
    C) 0 내지 90중량%의 변성되지 않을 폴리페닐렌에테르.
    D) 0 내지 45중량%의 방향족 비닐중합체
    E) 0 내지 40중량%의 인성고무.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b33)은 다음 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ)의 화합물임을 특징으로하는 열가소성 성형조성물:
    상기식에서 R4,R5,R6,R7,R8및 R9은 각각 수소, 1 내지 12 탄소원자수의 알콕시 또는 알킬, 1 내지 12 탄소원자수의 시클로알킬 또는 아릴이고, Z는 1 내지 12 탄소원자수의 알킬렌이고, n은 0 또는 1이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b34)는 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물임을 특징으로하는 열가소성 성형조성물:
    상기식에서 X는 2 내지 15 탄소원자수의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬렌이고 Y는 다음 일반식이다(여기서 R10은 수소, 1 내지 4 탄소원자수의 알킬 또는 알콕시이고 R11은 다음 2가의 기
    (여기서 n은 1 내지 4의 정수임)이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 다음 (A) 내지 (E)를 함유함을 특징으로하는 열가소성 성형조성물:
    (A) 5 내지 95중량%의 나일론
    (B) 다음(b1) 내지(b4)로부터 제조된 5 내지 95중량%의 변성된 폴리페닐렌에테르:
    (b1) 4.95 내지 99.95중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르
    (b2) 0 내지 90중량%의 방향족 비닐중합체
    (b3) 0.05 내지 10중량%의 푸마르산
    (b4) 0 내지 80중량%의 더활성의 그라프트 단량체
    (C) 0 내지 90중량%의 변성되지 않은 폴리페닐렌에테르
    (D) 0 내지 45중량%의 방향족 비닐중합체
    (E) 0 내지 40중량%의 인성고무.
  5. 제1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 나일론(A)는 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 80중량% 이하의 재가황 단위체임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형조성물:
  6. 성분들(b1) 내지(b5)를 250℃ 내지 350℃의 온도에서 서로 반응시킨후 얻어지는 변성된 폴리페닐렌옥사이드(B)를 250℃ 내지 320℃에서 성분(A),(C),(D) 및 (E)와 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 5항의 열가소성 성형조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 성형물을 제조하기 위한 제1 내지 5항의 열가소성성형조성물의 사용.
  8. 필수성분으로 제1 내지 5항의 성형조성물로부터 제조된 성형물.
