Claims (6)

  1. I) 240 내지 350℃로 첫번째 지역에서 a1) 폴리페닐렌 에테르 50 내지 99.95중량%, a2) 비닐방향족 중합체 0 내지 45중량%, a3) 다음으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체 0.05 내지 10중량%, a31) 다음 일반식(I)의 α, β-불포화된 카르복실산 또는 이들의 유도제 :
    (상기식에서,. R1및 R4는 각각 히드록실 또는 C12이하를 갖는 아릴옥시, 알콕시, 알달콕시 또는 시클로알콕시이거나 또는 함께 -O- 또는 -NR5-을 형성하고, R2및 R3는 각각 수소원자 또는 C12이하를 갖는 알킬 또는 시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 염소원자이거나, 또는 함께 C4내지 C12알킬렌을 형성하고. R5는 수소원자 또는 C12이하를 갖는 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아랄킬 또는 아릴이고 차례로 C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시로 치환될 수 있다.) a32) 아미드그룹 및 중합할 수 있는 이중결합을 함유하는 단량체 및 a33) 락탐그룹 및 중합할 수 있는 이중결합을 함유하는 단량체와 추가로 a(4) 그라프트단량체 0 내지 80중량% 및 a5) 자유라디칼개시제 0 내지 20중량%(단 각 경우에 퍼센트는 성분 a1내지 a5의 전체 무게에 대한 퍼센트임), 을 0.1 내지 15분간 반응시켜, 변형된 폴러페닐렌 에테르 A를 제조하고. 그 다음 II)사출기의 하나 또는 그 이상의 추가의 지역에서 250 내지 350℃로 B) 나일론 5 내지 95중량% c) 비변형된 폴리페닐렌 에테르 0 내지 90중량% D) 비닐방향족 중합체 0 내지 45중량% E) 고무충격 변형제 0 내지 40중량% 및 F) 첨가제 및 처리보조제 0 내지 60중량%(단 퍼센트는 성분 A-F의 전체무게에 대한 것임)을 가하고 얻어진 혼합물을 사출함을 특징으로 하는 사출기 내에서 폴리페닐렌 에테르(PPE)와 나일론을 기초로한 열가소성 성형물질의 연속적인 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 자유라디칼 개시제 a50.01 내지 0.09중량%가 첫번째 지역의 반응에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B,C 및 D들이 두번째 지역에 가해진 후 성분 E 및/또는 F 들이 세번째 지역에 가해짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A 내지 F의 혼합물이 사출기의 그 밖의 지역에서 탈휘발됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 일가소성 성형물질.
  6. 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 열가소성 성형물질.
